Hamburgers were not fully cooked.When both of them was returned they gave us one back and said they did not take the second one but charged us for everything and I proved to them that we bought two showed them the rappers they had our receipt and wouldn't not make her other sandwich will not go here again Crewe decided to argue with us and would not make the situation correct, would love a response from the owner.

The inside is uncomfortably hot, they set thr thermostat for the building to over 80 degrees. You will sweat just trying to dine in.
Second, the grilled chicken wrap is the most disgusting thing I've had in a long time, I stopped eating after the first bite, spit it out, and ordered something else.

I seriously do not understand how this Wendy’s still is open or operates. Slow service and my food is always cold when I get it. They always have tons of employees when I’m in there yet they operate so slow. It’s sad because it’s the only one around town.

went to the drive through and they said that it would be a wait on nugs and fries we ordered 4 bigiebags 3 drpeppers they said that it'd be to long of a wait and refused siurvice we were going to order 200 dollers of food the next day. sorry for lack of punctuation.
Spent 15 minutes after ordering in the drive through line waiting for my food, only for my order to be wrong. Do NOT come here after 7:45pm because apparently no one cares inside

Just another 27 minutes in line at the Urbana Wendy's backed up more than the George Washington Bridge on a Monday. Tonight was the last straw. Having the sunset, while also watching a functional Subway line just to pay 8 dollars for a botched taco salad isn't worth it. I could order 20 milkshakes from Steak and Shake at 3 AM on New Years day, and would still have time to get my driver's license renewed at the Bureau of Motor Vehicles before this franchise could render me a small frosty. I blame the ownership. Whoever owns this franchise is running nothing shy of a hatchet-job mickey mouse operation. Id say corporate needs to swing by here, but I think FEMA, or the American Red Cross would be more appropriate. The wonderful hard working people of Champaign County don't deserve for their local wendys to be run like a Chinese lemonade stand. I encourage everyone who has had such experiences to contact corporate.

I try to not come here because they are always super slow and the food is cold. My wife is pregnant and she was craving Wendy’s so we came. They were out 2 out of the 4 items we wanted and what we did get was cold. The owner of this branch.
