went to the drive through and they said that it would be a wait on nugs and fries we ordered 4 bigiebags 3 drpeppers they said that it'd be to long of a wait and refused siurvice we were going to order 200 dollers of food the next day. sorry for lack of punctuation.

Just another 27 minutes in line at the Urbana Wendy's backed up more than the George Washington Bridge on a Monday. Tonight was the last straw. Having the sunset, while also watching a functional Subway line just to pay 8 dollars for a botched taco salad isn't worth it. I could order 20 milkshakes from Steak and Shake at 3 AM on New Years day, and would still have time to get my driver's license renewed at the Bureau of Motor Vehicles before this franchise could render me a small frosty. I blame the ownership. Whoever owns this franchise is running nothing shy of a hatchet-job mickey mouse operation. Id say corporate needs to swing by here, but I think FEMA, or the American Red Cross would be more appropriate. The wonderful hard working people of Champaign County don't deserve for their local wendys to be run like a Chinese lemonade stand. I encourage everyone who has had such experiences to contact corporate.

I don't understand why they take an order then make you wait until they finish the one at the window before they get your order. Can you guys not multi taske? That's why people sit in line for 10 minutes. McDonalds is faster than that. And also why is the lobby still closed?

Slowest Wendy's on the planet. They can't do 2 things at once if their life depended on it. For every vehicle in line, add 5-10 minutes to your wait. They won't take an order in the drive thru until the current order is completed and out the window. Sat in line for 23 minutes the other day just to get to the order station to see a handwritten sign that says cash only! There should have been another sign at the entrance! They've lost my business forever

They need to close this location. They were out of pop altogether. The burger I ordered was disgusting....it was supposed to be a bacon mushroom cheeseburger and it was like snot gravy, the cheese was not American or cheddar as pictured and my bacon was non existent, plus it was cold. My fiance ordered a son of baconator and there was no bacon on his sandwich either. Very disappointing especially when it was around $25 for both meals. Definitely won't waste money on Wendy's ever again.

Wendy's in Urbana is trash! They can never get your order right the food is always old and gross nothing is ever fresh. The company should look into replacing the entire fleet of workers including management. Because after I spoke to her on the phone she was very rude and loud on the phone the entire time. This is unacceptable
