Great coffee always on key and the staff always have a welcoming smile. I do not know who the drive-thru person was for this Thursday but she had such a warming personality and made me feel like I'm going to come back and get more coffee.

The food, drinks and atmosphere are what makes this place so inviting. The counter staff desperately needs some basic training in customer service. I have stood at the front of the line , often the only customer waiting, to be completely ignored for over five minutes. The owner or manager should train these workers to acknowledge customers upon entering the establishment. The drive-through service seems to demand most of their attention.
