The place had 1/2 of menu,no bar tender,1 server which we felt bad for.The manager didn't dress like one but helped her out.Line cook had to be a senior in high school.The food was either burnt or under cooked.We didn't complain due to our server was Awesome

Haven't even been here and I'm already disappointed. Hours say open, plenty of complaints about nobody answering the phone. It's because they're CLOSED. Big sign out front says " We are Open, Support Local." But the door is locked and it has temporary hours listed. I've corrected the hours on Google. At least take your sign down from out front. Had 3 cars drive past me as I walked back to the truck asking if Jed's was open. NOPE.

So over the last month or so, many of my coworkers and I have tried to order from Jed's a number of times, and these people literally never answer the phone. The food seems fine, albeit greasy, and the staff seems nice enough, but theres literally no sense to a restaurant being open during covid-19 protocols and have employees that don't even know how to answer a phone. My advice? Ditch the answering service and find the world's loudest ringing phone with a strobe light on it, then put a huge sign on it that says "Money Bell". Cuz until your employees can answer it, you won't be making much of it.

came in thursday and didn't have a great expereince, food was fine but not hot, looked thrown together. We both got fireballs and mine didnt have enough sauce, hers didnt have enough toppings. But still tasty enough
The food is great and so was the service. Our waitress, Alyssa is the BEST!!! She took such good care of us, we were party of eight and she kept up with all our orders. Lots of appetizers and drinks. And when we ordered our dinners they all came together and the food was delicious. Some of our party thought the drinks were a little weak, but mine were okay.

I have been waiting for this Jeds to open up since the pandemic began! Went to the University of Toledo and was pumped when I realized that Jeds was coming to Valley View! This place does not disappoint. Locally owned, nice sports bar vibe, nice bartending staff, great drinks, and the perfect place to watch a Browns game. Will definitely be frequenting Jed's more often! We have enjoyed everything we've ordered thus far - from the chicken, to burgers, to the specialty drinks. We will be back!

Jed’s is the perfect place to watch a game or have a fun family night out! Tons of TV to watch all your favorite sports shows. I went for the browns game and had a blast! Also, LOTS of premium beer choices, definitely will be back. Food is awesome!
