Haven’t been to Quaker in years. We decided to go there this past Saturday. Place was slow. Came in and waited to be seated. Hostess back to us. Few minutes later turned around . So didn't feel greeted. Our waiter was friendly. Kids got their drinks fast. Us adults kept waiting for our drinks. We received our food yet still no drinks. I waited to ask our waiter but didn't see him. 3 workers having conversation at bar so I got up to ask them about our drinks. As I approached there were our drinks. The girl said oh I was going to bring those to you. If that wasn't bad enough the Lemon drop martini tasted awful. Overly sweet and no taste of alcohol at all. In martinis you get a strong taste of the alcohol. We use to come all the time but now so disappointed.

I had to rewrite a review here because this place used to be above amazing around 4 or 5 years ago. Upon returning recently, the service was pretty mediocre, which is nothing to really complain about as I am sure the waitress could have been having an off day. What was really upsetting was how the food came out. The wings were not even lukewarm and my burger was very rare when having ordered a medium. The washroom was also in rough shape, which again could be just circumstantial chance or straight up negligence. This place had/has a lot of potential to be great and I hope that this can come off as constructive feedback, but it seems there may be some kitchen/staffing issues.

Food was excellent. If you want to have a conversation, go somewhere else. It was very loud and also freezing. But probably perfect sports bar atmosphere. Lots of tv's.
My wife and I had a wonderful lunch there after riding on the tourist train the Cuyahoga Valley Lne.
We were there about noon and had an excellent server by the name of Diane. She was excellent and made excellent recommendations.
If we are back in the area we know where to go for an excellent meal, service, and atmosphere.

My Server/Bartender, Ashley, was phenomenal. She brightened my mood, my day and made me feel better than when I arrived. She was busy, but never neglected anyone. Definitely was an awesome ray of sunshine.

Got a Steak Ceasar Salad and it was horrible. The steak were in chunks instead of sliced, also got a Boneless Chicken Salad, the chicken was over cooked and too much blue cheese crumbles. We didn’t receive any eating utensils also. We were very disappointed, grabbing a late dinner because we worked late. Should’ve went to bed hungry.
