He is very stingy with the ingredients when making your sub, charges extra for extra veggies and mind you he puts like 3 slices of veggies on, but the subs are good as they should be.

1 star for being closed on November 30th at 7:44p.m. when you’re supposed to be open until 8p.m.
The only shop nearby that is open during breakfast hours. I really craved a steak egg and cheese and it was open and so I didn't die of disappointment.
