Went there for the first time with my family for my sister’s birthday. Bar experience while waiting for the party to arrive was very pleasant. Unfortunately, after being seated for dinner went downhill. We spent around 400.00 on dinner and drinks for 7 people. The onion rings were great. My dad only ate half of his brisket as was so salty he could not finish it. My sister and I split the special for the evening which was prime hanger steak. Brought only the streak with no sides. It was also very salty. The sweet potato fries which were suppose to arrive with our meal came out separately after we were almost done with our steak. Mind you we were the last ones of the table to get our meals. My friend got his pork chop first and was almost done before we got our steak. All the way around was very disappointing. We did mention to our waitress that the food coming out of the kitchen was extremely salty. For the money spent, it was NOT worth it.

The food, atmosphere & service was great. When it came to the bill I feel we were gauged. 2 cups of coffee with Baileys $32. 1 extra waffle with syrup $11. For 1 substitution $3 each switching fries for mashed potatoes we had 4. 2 pieces of corn bread $16. Was celebrating my husband birthday with friends and didn't want to ruin anything . And I still gave a nice tip. They should gave been up front about it. I will not be back because of it.

I was greeted and welcomed upon entering this awesome restaurant presumably the owner. I was presented my table in the lounge area and I thought I found a gem … a good eatery. I must say that the restaurant was beautifully decor’d with a pleasant atmosphere, soft music, food was delicious, and the service was excellent! Well, it didn’t start off that way. It took about 8-10 minutes to even be noticed and get a glass of water. It happens, I guess. Upon noticing their mistake, I was catered to throughout my visit to ensure I was completely satisfied … and I was! The owner stopped by several times and even offered a glass of good French wine as an apology but I hospitable declined … I was still the clock per se. The waitress was very apologetic, nice, and friendly. If you’re in for a great meal and great people to serve you … please stop by! I highly recommend this establishment for a good meal and enjoyable time.

This was my 1st time there. We had a large party of 27 and the staff was excellent! We blended well with the other patrons, and everyone seemed well pleased with their experience. The food was cooked perfectly. Our party all had different plate orders, appetizers, and drinks. We were served in a timely way. Our waitress was ninja like - drinks were always filled & she seemed to always show up when someone needed to order something or had a question. Overall my experience was memorable and I will definitely be returning.

Jack and Laura were awesome bartenders. I didn't eat, but my friend did and she enjoyed her meal. The location is spacious so everyone is not on top of each other. I'll definitely be back!

Our server was amazing and WELL INFORMED! She told us she has eaten everything on the menu so there was nothing we wouldn't like. She was right. She was very attenitive towards us, didn't rush us at all even though they started to get busy. This resturant is by word of mouth, CLEVELAND you are missing out on this Diamond. I have never enjoyed myself at a restutant more than I have here. Look at the portions...they speak for themselves.Parking: the resturant gets busy after 5pmKid-friendliness: There is a kid menuWheelchair accessibility: The entrance is flat and easy to access

Loved this place. Bit loud with the music and everyone having to talk over that.

This was the first time in a long time dining at the Oak Barrel. I had the brisket sandwich with fries. Very tasty for $18.

I have been wanting to try this place for awhile. My dad and I came in for lunch and we were pleasantly surprised by how large the menu is. We decided on duck fat wings, steak tacos and chicken livers with side salad. Will return again everything was delicious.

I had never been to a restaurant where the waiters tell you, we don't do change! Meaning, after they impose a 20% gratuity, if you pay in cash, you don't get you change back either.

A very solid option. Not change-your-life food, but very tasty and very knowledgeable and accommodating of allergies and picky children.

Ordered chicken waffles, one meal was inedible, chicken burnt to black and black plastic all over waffle. Syrup was microwave melted.
