Grabbed a quick dinner for my kids before hopping on a flight, the bartender who seemed to be the only one working was very rude, she talked horribly about every single customer when they left. Not professional whatsoever.

Food was good but the best part was my waitress, Valley. She was so attentive, caring, and polite. If there was a blueprint for a waitress, just document what she does. Awesome place!

Tons of delayed flights here at the airport so people kept coming in, even past closing, and Staci handled everything with grace, humility and humor, all by herself. Everyone got their drinks and food in time and she handled it all solo! Also, most airport food sucks but the chicken quesadilla here is low key delicious.

Place not open at 5:35 AM even though it shows that it’s open from 5 am

Stopped by this spot while waiting for a flight. The food was okay—nothing special, but it did the job for a quick airport meal. The lady working the bar seemed a bit short with customers, but to be fair, she was running the whole place by herself and it was pretty busy.
Given the circumstances, I get that it might have been a stressful shift. Not the most welcoming experience, but it might be better during a slower time.
Black lady that’s working there 5/16/25 forces people to tip her then complains she only makes $6.50 an hour will not serve drinks unless you tip her this made my experience terrible I tried to tip her and then she refused and she’s losing money for the company 12 Fairway Bar &Grill please keep your time and money to yourself
Hands down some of the rudest people and worst service you can possibly get. Problem is you’re limited to what you can get in this airport. I would go back close to TSA and get food from the bar downstairs or go to the other side and get something from there. Don’t waste your time here. They know your choices are limited so they treat you badly.
I feel compelled to share my experience from February 28, 2025, at 6 PM. The understaffing situation significantly impacted the quality of service. I waited for over 20 minutes at the high tables without acknowledgment, then moved to the bar where I waited an additional 10 minutes. When I attempted to order, I was abruptly told to wait without any courtesy.
I'm a returning customer and have noticed this understaffing pattern during previous visits. While other servers have typically been professional and communicative, even during busy times, today's experience fell well below the establishment's usual standards. The lack of acknowledgment and professional courtesy was particularly disappointing.
I would strongly recommend:
Reviewing staffing levels during peak hours
Ensuring all staff maintain professional communication standards
Implementing a system to acknowledge customers even during busy periods

This place is understaffed and poorly managed.
Get some new hires and serve the guests as they should be. I literally didn't see a Bartender for 15 minutes. This place had 20 people and they couldn't handle the guests. Food took over 1 hour on a slow day. I'm pretty sure the Bartender is the cook also.
Good for waiting before boarding
Nice pop off before a flight in DAY. Definitely stopping here next time I'm killing time for a flight.
Excellent restaurant for such a small airport. Service was great, food portion was good. Plane delays in cold weather aren't so bad with a good restaurant.
Waitress sits in back blasting videos from her phone. Was there for an hour, took 15 to order, zero drink refills and never checked in. Food was bottom tier. Had to wave her down to get check, another table had to get up to get silverware as she was again hiding in her chair blasting videos. Someone needs to be fired and taught common decency around listening to music / watching videos in public.
