Not the best Arby's experience we've had. We waited well over 10 minutes for 2 Roast Beef Sandwiches & 2 orders of Curly Fries - Had I not paid, we would've have left & gone somewhere else. In addition to waiting, our food wasn't even hot...my husband was able to eat his sandwich, but I didn't finish mine because it was so rubbery / super chewy. Lastly, it could've just been the day, but they were out of at least 6 items on the menu.

I do not blame the window employee as he did apologize for the wait, but not sure we'll be back anytime. We don't usually have this rough of an experience, but our last few times eating here haven't been the best.

I arrived at the drive thru at 11:08 am - asked for the new Arbys box with the original rb sandwich that comes with the fries, moz sticks and desert and small drink. They were out of mozzarella sticks , I told then that was fine no worries. Then she asked what drink I wanted, I asked for a Coke and they was out of Coke... No problem I ordered a Dr Pepper. Pulled up to the window, waited about 3 minutes she finally came to the window and I paid her in cash. (no receipt given) She asked me if I needed sauces and I told her ketchup and arbys sauce. Then she stated it will be right out. Waited 5 minutes later and she finally came back to the window and asked me again what sauces was needed again. I got my food and left... Got back to work thinking that since I waited for what seemed like forever my food would be hot and fresh. The fries were cold and the bun for the sandwich was over toasted and burnt..... Afraid to try this petrified peach cobbler stick thing.. And to boot I got Diet coke - when I asked for Dr pepper..... This is by far the worst Arbys around..... If they would hire people that worked it may not be an issue. Every time I looked thru the window the girl and a guy seemed liked they liked making googly eyes at each other, rather than working.....

If I could give zero stars I would! Never had a bad experience eating Arby's......I was in the area due to buisness and was starving. Decided to stop at Arby's Vandalia location and food was super undercooked! Not to mention it already had sauce on the beef n cheddar which was odd. So angry because I wasted 11 dollars on trash!

Got some Arby’s via door dash. Husband got the deluxe burger and it was not cooked in the middle. This location is the worst. Has been for years. Disappointed.

This place was so disgusting. All of the tables needed wiped down, the bathrooms were filthy, and shoes stuck to the floor as we walked.

We ordered four things, including two sandwiches and two drinks. They forgot our drinks, and we had to ask for them a couple minutes after we picked up our mobile order from inside. Bathroom was very dirty, main lobby floors were gross and sticky, the sauce dispensers looked disgusting, and the food was poorly put together and quite mediocre. Staff was very blah too, making for an uncomfortable and bad service experience. Would not recommend if you want a clean atmosphere and some good food. Every other Arby's I've been to has been good, but not this one! 😬

Dirty place. Bathrooms were disgusting and it was clear they hadn't cleaned the kitchen floors in a long time. We decided not to eat the food due to our concerns.

Not great. Had to repeat my order multiple times in the drive thru then get to the window to find out it was still incorrect. Seemed like I was getting attitude from them for making sure it was ordered correctly. Get my food fast but beef and cheddar had no red sauce on it, wasn't asked if I wanted any sauce packets and was not provided a receipt. Seemed intentional as I watched him grab the receipt then throw it in the trash. I guess being polite, respectful and saying thankyou to the employees just doesn't warrant any politeness in return. Probably one of those places that feels the job would be great if it wasn't for all the customers interrupting their day.

Ensure the order is complete before driving away

ALWAYS look at the bag before leaving the drive thru line. Employee double checked what my order was, confirmed with them and they still forgot an item. Was also told that they don't print receipts for the drive thru line. WHO doesn't give a customer their receipt for items purchased?
