It was not busy, but for some reason, our order wasn't put together right, and my sister or myself had to keep going back up for things that were missing in our order. The management was present and took care of the missing items but never spoke a word to me about our service or to apologize for the mix-up. Our bill came up to be almost 83 dollars, and I'm sure that at least should get some sort of apology for having to continuously go back and forth to the counter for missing food and drink items. Outside of that, the food was good as usual and we all enjoyed it once we got it all.
We got the beef and cheddar and it didn't have much cheese sauce and it looked like they had smashed it, it was so flat. Not much roast beef. The only thing good was the potato cakes. They were hot and crispy.
Feet sticking to the floor as soon as we walked in..should have took that as a sign just leave but my 5 year old really wanted Arbys.....service was very friendly... but No Arby's sauce at Arbys....Tables were clean....however chairs were sticky and the carpet looks like it's not been cleaned in a long time...and a table was about to fall over it was so broke.....

Walked in the door and probably should have turned around after seeing the conditions of the place. Wallpaper coming off the wall. A spider on the soft drink machine. Sticky floors. And thats before we got the food. Below average. My daughters chicken nuggets were overcooked and absolutely inedible which is shocking considering how much she loves chicken. I had to go somewhere else just to get her a decent meal. Will never be back to this location

It says open till 10:00 but they weren't answering the drive-thru at 9:30. It's happened before at this location, but that was when their closing time was listed even earlier, so I thought the hours were fixed. That has been very frustrating, but at least one of the managers at this location is very helpful and the food has always been fine, so I will return, just not drive out of my way or count on them, since they aren't reliable.

This is definitely one of the worst Arby's in the area. Guys who are obviously stoners running the drive thru, gross food coming out the window on multiple occasions, and cold fries are just a couple of the things I've experienced here. I haven't eaten here recently and will continue to avoid it for awhile.

Came through the drive thru during business hours this evening waited in drive thru for 15 mins no one answered called twice no answer went to door locked but employees acknowledging they have a customer and ignoring them won’t be returning
You can't beat the deal of $5 for the Arby-Q meal deal
