Arby's employee was picking his nose. About a week or more ago a young black male employee at the cashier counter was picking his nose as we entered the store. Significant gross factor. My friend called out the employee on it, the employee denied picking his nose; instead said that he was picking his nose piercing/ring/stud. The employee’s finger might have been on the outside, but from our angle it appeared like he had his finger in his nose. Not the way an employee should appear, especially a food service employee. Perhaps his finger was on the outside of his nose, but even if he was picking on the outside of his nose jewelry/piercing, he was picking his nose and still is gross. I don't think food service employees’ should have gross jewelry/piercing that is a possible sanitation hazard and grosses out and drives away customers.

Have the owners been here lately? Stopped in for a quick sandwich, and to use the restroom. Bathroom is terrible, went to the counter, me and one other person, she picked up what appeared to be an online possible order, I was next with cash in hand, dude with all kinds of tattoos leaves the counter, and did not wait on me. Wall paper falling off around the drink machines, ceiling tiles terrible, rap music playing in the background. What a terrible place, left without having lunch.

Tuesday, February 20. Only two people in the drive-through me and the gentleman in front of me. We sat there for over 10 minutes and no one ever came on the speaker to take our order. It was around 11 1510. We sat there and sat there that I noticed four ladies come out of the restaurant, and I asked if they were even open and she said they stood at the counter. She said they were staying there forever, and no one even waited on them. Then I just pulled up to the drive-through window to see if I could get someone in Place my order there. I thought maybe the speaker wasn’t working outside and still nobody at all. This is totally unacceptable.

Arby’s in Vandalia ohio is horrible I was handed a Coke with no ice and hot on another trip they said they didn’t have any carbonation and asked me if I still wanted a Coke and this trip sandwich that looked like it was thrown around like a baseball and bitter tasting fries and I wasted $11 again this place needs cleaned up or shut down and get it over with

I love Arby's fish sandwiches, but this one was covered with brown, wilted lettuce. Really? I was shocked. Funny thing -- I pulled the brown lettuce off and the sandwich was still good. I just think there could be more quality control. Come on guys!

Fast food is expensive enough as it is without getting lousy food. Stopped by to grab a quick fish sandwich, opened it up and here’s the lettuce that the staff there feels is ok to put on their food. What a disgrace.
I ordered the chicken club wrap at lunchtime today, chicken was cold, and the lettuce was wilted

Ordered 2 beef and cheddars large coke small fry. Got the coke person walked away. Been at 15 minutes and out of horsy sauce.

How come the shake machine NEVER works. How about you take milk shakes off the menu since you're NEVER able to serve them. Also the fries taste like trash, the beef is old, and it's not worth a $20+ for 2 mediocre value meals anymore.
