They messed up and gave me the wrong order and then when I brought it back with a receipt had an attitude and were rude and rolling their eyes in front of me. It’s really disappointing to see the management lets people act like this in front of customers.

Very friendly. I know there’s a lot of complaints about the drive-through, but I’ve only been inside and I’ve had nothing but phenomenal experiences really friendly people and everything seems to be clean most importantly.

Vandalia location is the worst. Literally every single time we have ordered from there for take out, the orders are wrong, the food is cooked horribly. Just last night we ordered 3 soft tacos and a burrito bowl. We received the 3 soft tacos but the barbacoa meat looked like it had been sitting out for days, hardly anything filled in the tacos. The bowl order literally was rice, a few chunks of chicken, and a sprinkle of cheese. No sauces, sour cream or quac added as the order description noted. The chicken was so dried out, disgusting. To top it off, they didn't even make it a bowl, they made it into a small burrito...Chips were gross, stale, no salt or flavoring. Truly cannot understand how that location alone is this bad every single time. We have tried giving the benefit of the doubt and order on different days and times and unfortunately everytime is like this. This location needs reformed badly.

Had the worst experience I’ve ever had with this location. Typically I mobile order, sit in the drive thru for about 20 minutes max (if it’s busy) and then make away with good, hot food.

Tonight should have been no different, placed my order @ 7:30 pm, scheduled for pickup at 7:50.

We get there at 7:55, app says our foods ready, and proceed to sit in line for 40 minutes. Okay, fine, maybe it’s busy inside (it wasn’t)

We get to the window and not one, two, but THREE DIFFERENT EMPLOYEES CAME AND ASKED FOR MY ORDER NAME.

Each time they weren’t seen again (save for the last girl who actually gave me an explanation: heating up the queso??) but at least she said something! Rather than just asking our order name and then disappearing.

20 minutes later (so a grand total of one full hour) we finally get our food. AND ITS WRONG

The queso I was “waiting on” WASNT EVEN IN THE BAG! To top it all off the bowls are cold and the entire time I watched as the employees inside messed around and ignored my order on the counter.

We love Chipotle. But, the service is very slow. We think they might be understaffed. Don’t come here hungry or during dinner/lunch rush.

I have never been to Chipotle before last night and not sure I’ll ever go back. My girlfriend ordered dinner for her son at 5:30 and we indicated a pick up at 6:20. When we arrived we were in the drive through pick up and the line was so long that vehicles from National Rd could not get in at some points. We arrived at 6pm and thought we’d have plenty of time having only moved up one car in a line of at least 10 cars. I finally got out of the car at 6:18 and went in. I asked for the order and the young men that were filling the orders remembered seeing it but couldn’t find it. It’s likely the order was accidentally given to another customer. They had to remake the order and by the time I left it was 6:45pm. In addition to the slow service and mishap the inside was a mess! The counters were dirty, there were customers standing around everywhere as everyone was getting slow service. It was also very clear the restaurant was being run by kids. I didn’t observe anyone that I thought was over 30. Not saying young people aren’t capable but there seemed to be no sense of urgency. I get everyone has a bad day or bad night but last night was a terrible first impression for me!

This location is a mess… every single time. Just placed an order at 5:30 for 5:50 pickup. Arrived at 5:45. Waited in line until 6:15 and then watched them START making my order when I gave them my name. Out at nearly 6:30 for a 5:30 order at a “fast” food restaurant. For some reason this one in particular is a disaster.

Every time I order online from the chipotle in Vandalia, Ohio it is the worst. Very small, burritos and burrito bowls. It is to the point I either go inside or just don’t go at all.

Very unprofessional service when a burrito I ordered to eat in my car on my way to work was wrapped like a taco where it had food falling out all around it, and when I asked for it to get re-wrapped or wrapped again the employee told me no that she was not gonna do that, she told me she can put it in a bowl or I can take it as is. I would’ve loved to address this while in store but I was trying to get to work and was fed up enough over it to just take it and leave. Very unsatisfied with my visit.
