I just came here during lunch time ( about 12pm ) on 12/4 and I understand this is a busier time for chipotle due to it being lunch time. However, the lady helping make food was in a black hat, brown ponytail, and she was Caucasian. She was all over the place talking to 5 different people including me. This made my experience here stressful and distasteful. The lady also repeatedly explained to me and the lady at the beginning of the bar that bowls are done separately even if they’re slightly similar. Chipotle employees working the bar have ALWAYS done both of my bowls at the same time and just put whatever was different on the other one. This change that she claims is how they do things (it isn’t) is absurd considering it would be a lot quicker to just do both bowls and make the changes as you go instead of going back and forth and back and forth to complete each bowl. The lady was rude and was rushing me at everything I did. She asked about the salsa and I said I wanted tomatoes and corn and before I could even say tomatoes and corn, she repeatedly asked me “SOUR CREAM OR CHEESE? SOUR CREAM OR CHEESE?”. I’m not sure what the big rush was or why she was treating me disrespectfully, because there was a total of like 5 people in line. When I picked my protein, I think one of my bowls literally got a tbsp of meat and I asked for the appropriate amount of meat and I heard her whisper double meat. It is not double meat when a customer asks for the appropriate portion of protein that has always been what chipotle gives. Almost 13-15 dollars for a bowl? I should be getting more than a tbsp of meat. I don’t care if it’s lunch time, you should not be trying to skimp on people’s meals to conserve the amount of meat you have. You can always make more. This is not the first time I’ve had issues at this chipotle and I decided to give this location another try. I will be taking my business elsewhere considering that this chipotle does not care about their customers, only how much food they can conserve in order to be lazy and not make more.

Employees have 0 sense of urgency or care whatsoever. Every time I go it takes around 5 minutes for them to make one burrito/bowl. My lunch is only 30 minutes and I spend that entire time standing in line every time. Employees were also openly calling other customers racist as they were making my food. Terrible location.

As someone who spent years working at Chipotle, I have never been so disappointed. I was once a service manager at Chipotle so if anyone can understand portion control, it is I. But, I placed an order for me and my boyfriend this afternoon and when I tell you our bowls were a quarter of the way full, i’m not exaggerating. We were given half portions of EVERYTHING. They were extra stingy with the protein and gave me 3 pieces of carne asada. Not to mention we sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes and received cold food. The chips were also stale. Worst $35 i’ve ever spent.

This is a bad chipotle. I've been here a number of times due to interstate proximity. It's always slow. The pick up lane is never in tune. They're just awful. Avoid it and go to Miller lane or Troy.

The restaurant is disgusting. Counter tops full of residue/crumbs, nothing being wiped down, trash so full it was overflowing. As I’m eating my bowl, I end up chewing on a piece of plastic. I am literally DISGUSTED! 🤮 & I waited for 20 minutes with only 3 people in front of me. Do yourself a favor & find another location, or just somewhere else to have lunch in general.

Out of everything but rice. Waited 13 minutes with only 2 people in front of me because they were waiting on chicken to be cut then had to change out empty pans of lettuce cheese rice ect ect ect. The entire line looked so disgusting that I just got a side of rice. From 1 end of the counter to the other end it looked like a bomb had gone off and nobody even cared. Dirty empty pans piled high on the back counter to top it off. Only saw 3 people working. Not the Chipotle experience I was expecting. Will not be back to this location. I wish I had read the other reviews 1st so I would have chosen somewhere else to eat.

Waited 30 minutes for an order that turned out to have been ready but the staff just could not comprehend the name I told them. Ordered a light rice, sofritas and barbacoa (extra charge) bowl. There’s extra rice, minimal sofritas and zero barbacoa. This place has been inconsistent and inaccurate in the food they put out for at least six months in an increasing trend.

usually don’t leave reviews but today was kinda like, be for real.. my boyfriend and i went and he got a rationed bowl. I know they have set amounts to give on food but yall are stingy! He barely got any rice, tbh it was mainly lettuce. We also didn’t get a bag.. so it had to be placed on a napkin in my lap, because there was alsooo guacamole on his bowl.. but he didn’t get guacamole.. so that just makes me question the cleanliness of the employees. Their dining area/ pop area can kinda explain that for its self too. I don’t know this place is just very hit or miss but usually miss.

This location is a serious health concern. I watched an employee scrape old food from the serving line into a salsa container, then pour that mix into a fresh salsa pulled from the fridge. If this is happening in plain sight, I can only imagine what goes on when customers aren’t watching. Completely unacceptable.

They messed up my order then when they gave me my burrito it was a nasty mess. It’s sad bc I love Chipotle but this wasn’t right. The burrito was also cold.

If you tried this location and Miller in the past then I'd say at least try one more time!
I was on the fence and refused to go back for some time since my last order of 10 months ago was small portioned, under cooked rice and most was just cold for a whopping 24$
This time 10 months later, my wife got a bowl and I got a burrito and boy oh boy.... This company listened to the backlash it seems. The food was perfectly cooked, hot and the portions were PERFECT!!!
My burrito was double the size and her bowl was too, value is back it seems!

They are horrible. They are slow. We get in line at the pick up. They say our food’s ready so I run in to get it and all they did is take it off the board where it looked like it was done and it wasn’t done yet so we had to go back in line and wait longer 20 minutes after the order was supposed to be ready for customer service people on the phone are horrible too
This Chipotle is very hit or miss. We’ve had great food and service here in the past—but unfortunately, this time was not one of those times.
We placed an online order and picked it up through the Chipotle lane. The person who handed us our order was very friendly, which we appreciated. But when we got home, we realized we were given the wrong items—we had ordered two bowls and a burrito, but instead received three bowls. That’s pretty ridiculous.
On top of that, the portions were noticeably small, which made the experience even more disappointing. Hopefully things improve, because this visit left a lot to be desired.

I am not sure how Chipotle stays in business. True, their business model is refreshing and offers folks who want healthy ingredients an option. However, no matter which location I go into, and no matter if they are busy or not, the counter tops at those locations are not tidy. The lobbies are not tidy and their drink dispenser areas always need attention. How is this appetizing to their guests? I have written comments to their corporate offices suggesting the same.
