After church on Sunday, Culver’s is always packed—so we placed a mobile order to pick up inside. When we got home with our food, everything was nearly perfect. The only issue was one sandwich had mayo on it, which we had asked to leave off to cut some extra calories. (She actually likes mayo—it was just a little frustrating.)
The woman who handed me the order was very friendly and kind, which we appreciated. My chicken was slightly overcooked, which is unusual for this location.
Despite those small hiccups, I still highly recommend the Culver’s on Miller Lane—it’s one of my favorites!

All those employees and nobody to take out the trash. The one who brought us our food dropped our food at the table without saying a word. Rude. The trash was overflowing out of the main trash can by the drinks. The sweet tea was fowl. The cashier was sweet and I am sure PEOPLE were working hard in the kitchen but there is a lot of slack here. I will eat my food elsewhere perhaps until they get the place cleaned up. I am not saying this to be mean or harsh. SEND THEM HELP. Send reinforcement.
Spent 30 bucks in drive thru when we got home it was ice cold and made wrong. They would not refund us and they would not make it right with a receipt by remaking our food. I've been waiting 3 months now for our coupon they said they would send? I've never been back and will not be back robbed out of $30
