We have been going to El Toro since they opened there on North Woods Blvd. A few years ago my mom's meal contained a piece of foam/plastic in her meal. When she notified the waiter he called her a liar and said she planted it in her food. Today I am eating leftovers from my meal I ordered last night and what do I find in my burrito... a piece of foam/plastic. We will not be returning to this location.
Who can I contact other than the resturant manager becuase he didn't believe my mom either so what would make him believe me. Please give me a phone number or an email address to contact someone.

The food and service is amazing every time we go. The manager is one of the best around, staff is extremely nice and do an amazing job.

My wife can’t eat solid food so she gets alot of refried beans and rice. Today she tells them she does not want the chips and salsa. They proceed to give her double chips and salsa. And they charged her for them. Upon trying to get the refund the guy tells her it’s declining. He was trying to charge her card again. After getting that handled she gets home and can’t eat the beans because they were crazy spicy. She said they are never spicy. This kinda sucks because I like the fajitas and taco Tuesday. But it will be awile before we come back to this location.
