The woman working this morning was absolutely horrible. Don’t know if she was having a bad morning or an off day. She should not be in front of customers. She has no idea what customer service is or even how to greet a customer… one the absolutely worst customer service experiences I have ever seen…

Very friendly and efficient service from the lady behind counter. She made fresh coffee and brought out to seating area. Bagel was nicely toasted and just fine. Pleasant service made all the difference.

This was the worst experience ever the manage messed up the sandwich that was ordered then got upset because had to make it over then literally threw the sandwich at the customer and said now is that better..are u serious?? I immediately got out of line along with a couple others. Unbelievable

That was the absolute SLOWEST service I've experienced. James was moving like Tim Conway when he played an old man. And Caroline never came out of the back, though James called for her. Lesson learned. Never again

One very old man working the counter at 8:45AM, felt terrible for him.
The sign clearly says BLT served on a Bagel OR baguette. I ordered it on a baguette and was told it doesn't come on a baguette. I pointed out the sign and was told it was wrong. I told the person I had gotten it the last time I flew out (that person also gave me a serious attitude about the baguette and the request for an extra mayo packet but made it).Both times the workers were complaining about the order and saying it was not supposed to be on a baguette. Today she burned the baguette and asked me if I wanted an untoasted baguette because it was getting burned in the toaster. I asked her what was so different from making the BLT on a baguette from the other sandwiches and she just kept insisting it wasn't supposed to be on a baguette and the other sandwiches were paninis despite the sign clearly advertising a Bagel or Baguette.If they have baguette on hand then clearly they should be able to make an advertised item with it.I finally just put all my items back and left. Two times the workers have been downright rude and nasty.It's not like I was asking for something that wasn't on the menu.

Jalen did a fabulous job this morning keeping the line moving and providing awesome customer service! Yummy breakfast sandwich that hits the spot. Their hours open before most other places in the entire airport. (Get salt and pepper with the breakfast sandwich.)
