The challenges I have faced going to this place over the years is now to the point of insanity. I attempted to order on a weeknight, line was disgusting. Unkept, unclean. Lettuce was brown, film over the queso. I was greeted when I walked in with an exasperated employee. He was frustrated, because "there was another one". Customer, I assume he meant. Once I got closer to the line, another employee was preparing bowls for customers. Every other word out of his mouth was "f this, f that, f this place, f you". I assume the customers were his friends, but there were other people in the store that weren't his friends. I started ordering and the employee was literally throwing ingredients into my bowl. Much of it was missing and flying all over the line. To say I was getting half portions would be an overstatement. The employee would constantly stop and then stare off into space. When he'd come back to, he would need me to repeat my order. The breaking point was when I said I wanted lettuce on bowl 1. NOT bowl 2. He grabs a handful of lettuce and crams it into the wrong bowl. I pointed out the mistake. So he crams his whole entire hand into the bowl, scoops up all of the lettuce and most of what was in there and fired it into the trash. Leaving a lot of lettuce behind, and very little of the main ingredients. Cameron, the manger didn't care. Why should he? He's a teenager running a fast-food restaurant. This place sucks. It's always dirty. It's always out of something. I reached out to corporate before I wrote this, but they haven't responded.

I have been the parent who has sat back for months watching this place take advantage of the minors working. My daughter enjoyed the hours and the paychecks but to think you can get in her face and yell at her because the customer requested extra cheese is absolutely atrocious. I want Julie to know that because she chose to allow a 15 year old to work 7-8 hour shifts with no lunch breaks and more than the allowed 20 hours per week in the great state of Ohio that she either properly apologizes for her actions this evening or I will make sure that this location is turned in for not following minor labor laws.

The staff here has always been super helpful and friendly!! Once, when I accidentally ordered a dish with an allergen that my friend couldn't eat, the staff graciously fixed me another bowl to replace it. I wish I knew the name of the girl who helped me with that so I could give her a personal shout out! Love the fresh ingredients and the way you can personalize any menu item. The Hot Head sauce is a bit spicy, but really worth it for the flavor. The fajita veggies are also a good add on for no extra cost if I understand correctly. There seems to be a steady stream of business here when I've stopped in, but I've never had to wait long to get served. Definitely recommend!Dietary restrictions: Hot Heads website has a very user-friendly chart for listing food allergens in the foods they serve. And even on the menu they have Keto bowl and Paleo bowl options.

There are some potential food handling issues at this place. Was at this location last week to get some tacos. There was a person rolling up the carpet mats that are on the floor.Watching the entire time, immediately after they were done rolling up the carpets, that person goes behind the counter and begins handling food containers/bins that contained food. No hand wash, no gloves. Went from rolling up carpets off the floor to handling food containers/bins.Contamination of the food you eat is a serious health problem.

It was kind of dead and the service was okay but they skimped on the chicken. I even asked if it was worth the $3 for double meat because I was gonna just get double meat when I see the portion size and he said no so I did not get double meat. You don't always have to upsail but you should definitely make it worth the $3 for double meat. Am I being a bit ridiculous or not?Kid-friendliness: There's a spot for kids to sit
