Picked up an online order and the nice lady behind the counter had just finished bagging up my order. Cool, super fast, I liked it! Got home and opened the box of chicken and was immediately disappointed! I do not know how long that chicken had been sitting wherever it was sitting, but it looked like it had been put in a bag and shaken…. Crust broken off, did not look even remotely close to being fresh. Then I looked at the back side of the chicken and there was still uncooked batter! The sides were ridiculously small for a “meal for two” and the mashed potatoes tasted like they came out of a box. I hadn’t been to a KFC for years and it looks like I won’t be going back again anytime soon.

I actually go there because it's a Long John Silver's combo store I pretty much hate chicken. The Fish and More is always fresh. I don't need drinks or sides so, I typically pay a little over $5 for that. That's a pretty competitive lunch price. Service is inconsistent but generally good. Recommend.

I think it really disgusting to allow people to work there that do drugs in the parklot. I was there the other night when I witnessed a drug deal go down.

Food was okay customer service was awful and they didn’t give all the food I ordered then said they did which they didn’t and the person next to me who was sitting in was missing food over all was a terrible experience and I waited 20 minutes for my food.

I'm certain of that giving my order at the drive-thru window really made the person I was speaking to unhappy. Very unpleasant experience. She claimed that one of the machines was down and she was frustrated when I called her out on it. But does that make it okay to take it out on the customer?

Ordered online at 1800 for a 1815 pick up, food wasn’t ready until 1832. Had to go back in for sauces because they forgot it. Not sure how a place not very busy messes up on the order time and everything that was ordered but it’s your time who cares.

Vandalia, Ohio 11-9-24 Placed online order to pick up at 7:50 pm. At arrival, we also needed to order from Long John Silvers. I was greeted with, " It is going to be a long wait." Not " Can I help you." We gave our order for fish at 7:44 pm. Asked for hush puppies and were told, "we are out of hush puppies." Not, we have to make more, but out. Understanding that happens, we got something else. At 8:00, we heard in the back, " hush puppies are out." We were flat out lied to. Received that order at 7:50, the time our call in was to be ready. But, our order was not ready until 8:25. They were not "slammed," as there was only a couple drive thru customers (none placing an order when we pulled up).
A drive thru customer walked in while we waited. Said he had waited 40 minutes, wanted a refund, and was told, " we don't give refunds." I find that really hard to believe. The counter person was extremely rude (i should emphasize rude). Two potential customers walked out, as they were never asked for their order.
One worker in the back was very nice to us as she saw our pain. ( wish I got her name). I am guessing in the 45 minutes we were in there, KFC/LJS lost at least 7 future customers. Including us. You can check my reviews. I have never given such a terrible one. We spent a total of $75. Small potatoes to KFC, i am sure. But multiply that by people in the one hour we were there. And future loss by word of mouth.
