Picked up an online order and the nice lady behind the counter had just finished bagging up my order. Cool, super fast, I liked it! Got home and opened the box of chicken and was immediately disappointed! I do not know how long that chicken had been sitting wherever it was sitting, but it looked like it had been put in a bag and shaken…. Crust broken off, did not look even remotely close to being fresh. Then I looked at the back side of the chicken and there was still uncooked...

I actually go there because it's a Long John Silver's combo store I pretty much hate chicken. The Fish and More is always fresh. I don't need drinks or sides so, I typically pay a little over $5 for that. That's a pretty competitive lunch price. Service is inconsistent but generally good. Recommend.

I'm certain of that giving my order at the drive-thru window really made the person I was speaking to unhappy. Very unpleasant experience. She claimed that one of the machines was down and she was frustrated when I called her out on it. But does that make it okay to take it out on the customer?
