I made a late order after 9, close to close. They had everything ready quickly and discussed a swap with me. Even gave me extra nuggets to make up for the missing item too! Very kind service much faster than expected!

Picked up an online order and the nice lady behind the counter had just finished bagging up my order. Cool, super fast, I liked it! Got home and opened the box of chicken and was immediately disappointed! I do not know how long that chicken had been sitting wherever it was sitting, but it looked like it had been put in a bag and shaken…. Crust broken off, did not look even remotely close to being fresh. Then I looked at the back side of the chicken and there was still uncooked...
