Food is fine. You know what it is. This place, however, is in serious need of renovation. The floor is downright disturbing, no condiment area, tired drink station.

We don't usually eat chicken out,but we were hungry and stop to eat. The workers were very nice, place was clean and the food was delicious.

It would be responsible and respectful to post something to alert customers that says you are out of an item or items rather than let your customers wait in line to find out only after they are at the counter ready to order.

This is not going to force your customers to purchase another item, it will simply make them leave and question whether or not they will be returning in the future.

Girl was very rude to my Autistic grandson. He tried the new Dr. Pepper Cream soda and wanted a refill. The girl literally snapped at him and said sarcastically there's no refills on that item. Nowhere on that damn sign did it say anything about that you couldn't get free refills! They should have said that up front when we were getting our order but nothing at all was said!!! It's just how upsetting how rude she was!!😡 After that I don't know if I want to come back.

The employees were amazing. The service was very fast and my order was exactly as ordered, as I made some changes to the original meal. The food was hot and fresh, but lacked a lot of taste. It could be that I’m older and maybe LJS was never that good really. It just seems they have changed some ingredients and the food just isn’t good anymore. Also, their tartar sauce seems to be different and it does not taste good at all. Sadly, this will be my last visit to any LJS because I have such great memories going as a child with my mom, sister and grandmother.

Fish was cook just right, hushpuppies hit the spot soft with crunchy outside.

Food was good. Ordered the fish and shrimp and added a chicken plank. Shrimp wasn’t ready, so they asked me to pull into a spot. They brought my food out and I left. Got home and found there to be no shrimp or hushpuppies. So, they had me park because the shrimp wasn’t ready, then brought me a bag of food with no shrimp. I went back to the restaurant and they remade my meal correctly. It tasted like it was supposed to, it was just upsetting that I had to trek all the way back there.

The woman who works the drive thru has a nasty attitude every time. It doesn’t matter how nice you are to her. She slams the window and ignores you either way. Maybe she should find a different job since she is so miserable working here.

I was a little confused at first, 2 different, totally different fastfood chains in the same spot. It wasn't too bad. The service was a tad bit slow at the counter but I got what I came for with no problems and kids were good with the food.
