I came in at 5 pm on 9/22 and was not spoken to by the sever for 19 minutes. Then when I asked for service I was greeted with a hostile look and comment under her breath. She proceeded to ignore me for another 5 minutes before she attempted to serve. When I asked a question about the menu (soup of the day) she said “we out” then walked away. I then ordered a “WHITE CLOUD” a signature cocktail from the menue. She brought back 5 cans of alcohol asking me to choose one. When I stated I ordered a white cloud and not a white claw she again stated “we out”. I asked if she could tell me what she did have to offer as the last two things I asked about she had been out of. She then audibility laughed, did not say anything and walked away. Did not take more order or drink order at the 30 minutes mark of my entrance into this place. Aside from that, the food took quite some time (did not revive chips and quac for 18 minutes . Over all terrible experience and terrible service. I truly wish I had the back bone to ask for a refund and I regret spending money at the establishment at all. ( to even get a order in at all it took 45 minutes) this is absolutely ridiculous - after walking to the next restaurant I was told by 5 other individuals that they had to leave because they were ignored and laughed at. One gentleman stated he was there for two hours and another couple said an hour and half with zero service. How someone can be employed with no want to work is beyond me.

Burnt burgers, cold fries, no sweet tea, high prices, good luck finding a waitress

Eat before you get to airport

Mainly empty, should’ve been my queue, not to go there

Stopped by to grab a drink before my flight. Ordered a lemon drop martini with tequila and the bartender made it perfectly.

Dayton airport has absolutely no food selections flown all over the country. Worst airport I’ve ever been in Max and Erma’s was so bad. I couldn’t even eat the food only restaurant in the place though they claim they have more which are bars with food truck sandwiches in plastic bagstotally ridiculous

Awful breakfast

Sundie Hatcher

The food was excellent but service could be better.

I fly 3 to 4 times a year to the Dayton Airport. Staci has been my waitress on several occasions and she is rude and inconsiderate. She seems more preoccupied talking to employees and other airport personnel than serving customers. She has never offered me a menu nor has she asked me if I want anything to eat.

In an airport of pretty much no decent food choices, this is one of your only choices. The food is simply chain restaurant average but with very high airport prices. No surprise there though.

I am glad though they can make the sandwiches as lettuce wraps which is a huge plus. They have fresh lettuce to accomplish that. Unfortunately no coleslaw on this visit, so has to settle for the fries since was not in a broccoli mood. But that's okay. The cheese steak was okay and the fresh lettuce nice.

Overall. It's a place to relax and get someting edible if you are stuck at the airport. And if not for this restaurant, I'd go hungry. So glad they are here.

$14 beer, but the price isn’t listed. At least the ambiance has all the allure of a department store elevator.

One of the worst experiences I ever had trying to eat out. The staff was do rude they made my mother cry.

Rude staff. I overheard a waitress make condescending remarks to a customer who asked if they had any dessert. Shortly after that she and another waitress were gossiping about customers within earshot of them. Unprofessional.

I was also never checked on during my meal despite being there for over 90minutes. I had to literally hunt them down to get my check.
