Dayton airport has absolutely no food selections flown all over the country. Worst airport I’ve ever been in Max and Erma’s was so bad. I couldn’t even eat the food only restaurant in the place though they claim they have more which are bars with food truck sandwiches in plastic bagstotally ridiculous

The food was excellent but service could be better.

I fly 3 to 4 times a year to the Dayton Airport. Staci has been my waitress on several occasions and she is rude and inconsiderate. She seems more preoccupied talking to employees and other airport personnel than serving customers. She has never offered me a menu nor has she asked me if I want anything to eat.

In an airport of pretty much no decent food choices, this is one of your only choices. The food is simply chain restaurant average but with very high airport prices. No surprise there though.

I am glad though they can make the sandwiches as lettuce wraps which is a huge plus. They have fresh lettuce to accomplish that. Unfortunately no coleslaw on this visit, so has to settle for the fries since was not in a broccoli mood. But that's okay. The cheese steak was okay and the fresh lettuce nice.

Overall. It's a place to relax and get someting edible if you are stuck at the airport. And if not for this restaurant, I'd go hungry. So glad they are here.

$14 beer, but the price isn’t listed. At least the ambiance has all the allure of a department store elevator.

One of the worst experiences I ever had trying to eat out. The staff was do rude they made my mother cry.

Rude staff. I overheard a waitress make condescending remarks to a customer who asked if they had any dessert. Shortly after that she and another waitress were gossiping about customers within earshot of them. Unprofessional.

I was also never checked on during my meal despite being there for over 90minutes. I had to literally hunt them down to get my check.

Let me begin by saying that I rarely write reviews, but this one was absolutely necessary.

My server was a total nightmare. She was inattentive and seemed annoyed when I requested plastic utensils because the others were dirty. She never checked in to see if I needed anything. I definitely did not enjoy my time here. And the food was subpar. And make it so bad, they were gossiping for other guest. Bad for business for sure.

Manager is horrible! She lacks social skills. Can't watch news channel. Made sure to let me know she was the manager. ....I guess that's why no one else was in the place. Food was average. I would have had a few more drinks but I'd rather sit alone in the gate area.

Underwhelming. The decor is dated, walls need painting, tile needs cleaned, our table was sticky, our wait staff was harried, and our chips and guac devoid of flavor. The QR code at. the table did not work. The rest of James M. Cox airport is getting updated, this restaurant obviously did not get the memo. I recommend eating before you get to the airport or trying you luck at the vending machines. I would like to think I caught them on a bad day, but based on the condition of this establishment, it has been slipping for a while.
