Lady in drive thru was very rude refusing to give me sweet tea that I ordered after giving me regular tea food was cold definitely don’t recommend going to this one, not the first time I. Have been there and they was rude after making us wait meanwhile no one else in line ect needs new manager clearly allowing employees to be rude and nasty

One star because the little girl in the window was rude about me asking for an extra sauce and when I got home I realized they forgot a small fry and my 20 piece nugget was an 18 piece comon it’s not that hard to count out 20 bad experience for shure I really hope to see better soon or I may stop coming back

Ordered a Delux Quarter pounder with no mayo, mustard, or onions. Was given one with all of it on the burger and went around the drive thru to get it fixed. 20 minutes later I go in to check on it and it was sitting in the back fully ready after being told it would be brought out to me. I went back to the car and checked it out and it was the same!! I went back in side to return it and get it remade. 30 minutes later I finally get my food the way it was ordered.

Very poor McDonald's will never be back to the vandalia McDonald's order a meal was pulled forward to wait to get half of it which is fine you would think the order will be right they had plenty of time to get it got my child a happy meal they give me cheese on the burger which was not ordered send it back got it pulled away this time there was no pickle on the burger called back talk to a lady named Tori she said she specifically made the burger and it had pickle on it why would somebody lie about not having pickles on a burger joke management clear down to the person that cashes you out avoid this McDonald's at all costs

A simple order. Double Cheeseburger. Bun was stale. Meat patties were dry like a hockey puck. Terrible meal. To top it off, the young lady at the drive-thru couldn’t be bothered to even speak to me, only hand me the food as she looked at me with dead empty eyes.

My experience here was absolutely terrible and I will never be returning. The service was absolutely awful and they were extremely rude. My order was 4.07 and i paid 4.10. when i asked for my change back they said no. I then received my shake, they made it wrong. I asked them abt it, The lady then proceeded to snatch it out of my hand and give me my money back. They then again stole my money giving me back only 3 dollars and not the 4.10 i paid.

Morning crew is great. Day shift can’t get anything right and slow. Told to pull forward and wait for my food and then 2 cars were also told to pull forward. They waited till all the meals were done before bringing my food out. Had the orders confused. Then got my order wrong. I sat there last week for 20 minutes second in line waiting for the car ahead of me to get their order. Manager didn’t seem to concerned about there lack of good service

Do not let your kids work here,they will abuse then deny and fire you for being honest about what you seen when they are wronged,they will work you alone and not care to help,the upper management is very hostile and will tell you they don't care as they scream and belittle you in front of customer and who ever...they don't care about slaving you while they just scream at you...again they will fire you for speaking up against personal space and self protection of civil rights,they are hostile.
