Dayton Airport restaurants (MVP)are a complete disappointment. I’ve experienced consistently poor quality and service that falls far below acceptable standards. The staff is unprofessional and clearly untrained, offering barely any assistance to travelers in need. With limited resources and abbreviated operating hours, these establishments seem ill-prepared to handle even a moderate volume of customers. It’s unacceptable to pay airport prices for such subpar dining experiences. Improvements are urgently needed to meet even the most basic expectations of service and quality.

While I am on a phone call. One of the bartenders came up to me and told me in order for me to sit inside that I had to make a purchase or buy something. Is that a policy if so It seems very pushy. I actually was going to buy something but now I’m a little turned off. It seems that either I’m buying something from them or I can’t sit inside. Even when I do come back to this airport I won’t spend a dime here I spend it at another restaurant or establishment in the airport how distasteful.

Stopped in and planned on getting a drink and watch a football game while I waited on my flight. There were only 5 people there. I was never greeted. The bartender was super-abrasive with another patron about the football game that was on. When she asked if she could get me anything I stated “not right now” because I was busy doing an expense report on my phone. She proceeded to tell me I had to leave because I was not buying anything. I had all intentions of buying something, just not right then. With how rude she was I opted to just leave, otherwise she would’ve felt the wrath of my sarcasm and gotten a minute tip.

Love the establishment good food, good staff, but how can you call yourself a sports bar? No fc games on, no ufc fights, I don’t get it other then that it’s a great place 🍻

My first rating of zero (it won't let me post unless I give at least one star). I have traveled around the world (1 million miles on Delta) and eaten in many airport restaurants. I now have traveled to Dayton 152 times in 3 1/2 years and have eaten at this restaurant occasionally at first and virtually every week on Wednesday for over a year. Deb and Kristin always take great care of me and treat me like a valued customer.

What a POS. service is incredibly slow and horrible. They just let me wait 22 mins before I asked for help since no one came by and was told "this section and the kitchen are closed". At 6pm on Friday? F* this place.
