Cheep ingredients. They charge you a 5.00 delivery fee but pay drivers 40 cents per mile to deliver in their own cars. Shouldn’t the driver get the entire delivery fee? And to top that all off we ordered a pizza for pickup and waited 30 minutes longer than they estimated to get our pizza. So, you can’t win with this joint! Done!

I wish i could give it no stars! I ordered extra sauce and paid for extra cheese and barely had any of either. The cashier breanna agreed and offered place it back in the oven with more cheese . I kindly declined told her i was hungry and pregnant and asked her can she re make it the correct way she said yea after she gets the manager. The manager i believe she said her name is “angel “ argued with me that i was wrong. I let her know , tho its my first time ordering from this location i get pizza hut frequently and its NEVER this chesse-less and dry, after refusing to remake it the way I ORDERED. I left hungry , waiting on a refund 3-7 days and had to drive across town to another location to get what i ordered

I purchased dinner this past weekend. The service was very long. But that is not the reason why I am giving a poor review. I asked the worker after waiting over 45 minutes for my food how much longer it will be. She snapped at me and said it will be ready when it is ready. Then, she went to cut the pizza and decided it would be a good idea to run her mouth back in the kitchen about me. I confronted her when she brought out my food almost 1 hour later than planned. I said to her I don't appreciate her talking about me. She then yelled at me. I would NEVER recommend this place. This was all done in front of my child. The service is terrible.

My family, 8 of us, ate in for lunch today, Sunday 11/30 at the Vandalia location. There were, I'd say 4 other groups that arrived after we did, so it was BUSY. There was only 1 girl working and when I tell you we got the best service, best food, I'm not being nice. My sister even commented that we've been places with 20 workers and not get that quality service. Pizza Hut I hope you give this girl a huge raise. She absolutely ROCKS!!

This is the third time giving this store a chance. Pizza arrived almost 30 min late, and app never updated to say it was on the way. Just kept saying order being prepared. Had a $50 order and food was luke warm, and had barely any sauce or cheese on pizza at all. It was dry and nasty. I never give reviews … as I don’t really care , but it was so bad I decided to rate my experience when Pizza Hut asked me for it in an email. I got a lame auto generated email from the regional manager saying they sometimes use third parties to deliver pizzas and they will take my feedback into consideration. Never offered anything at all. We love Pizza Hut but this store seems to always be late, dry, and arrives lukewarm.

Ordered pizza, boneless wings and some mini cinnamon rolls for delivery tip. The delivery driver seven dollars. When he arrives part of my order is missing the boneless wings never made it to my door. The guy acted like he didn’t give a shit if they were there or not later after eating pizza getting ready to open the cinnamon rolls and noticed that the sticker was ripped After opening them noticed two of them were missing. I think you need to rethink your delivery people.

Pizza was done on time and it was very good. Just wish the marinara had not been down sized. Back in the day you actually got enough for the bread sticks and crust
If you going to use a delivery service they have to be able to make change I would have not have paid $40 dollars for a 27.57 cent order I would have maybe tipped five bucks says on your national website drivers carry change. Leaving this review because I was less than impressed with store staff on this issue and other people need to be aware you guys use DoorDash for delivery and they don’t give change!

I work with adults with developmental disabilities, we were ( there's 10 of us including the staffs) at the vadelia store today 9/23/2025 for lunch, Eric the manager was the ONLY ONE in store. He took orders, made food, serviced other customers all by himself. He was pleasant, efficient and kept everyone happy. I couldn't believe he did all the work by himself and never get flustered. What a wonderful and amazing person.
