No drive through.This is one of the slowest Starbucks location ever. Laddies taking their sweet time slow as sloths.

This is the worst starbucks ever. It’s 5 minutes away from me but I go out of my way to drive to the Englewood or Huber one now instead because it’s not worth the hassle here. Their mobile ordering consistently says every food item is out of stock. I’ve never seen food available to order on the app but they will have it in the store if you go in. They say a lot of drinks are out of stock on the app but if you go in, they’re not. On top of that they do not have employees who know how to make drinks like other Starbucks places. The drinks are always majorly messed up. It’s really odd and I wish it was ran better.

Regarding the Starbucks IN THE STORE. Worst ever. No egg bites at 7:45am. Something fundamentally off about this place. I asked where nearest Starbucks is and they gave the wrong city.

Not very happy with my experience here today. I ordered two grande pink drinks and yes i got no ice but that wasn’t to even get more, it was so i can save them and they’d be good without the ice melting and making them water down. They literally left out like an inch of my drink at the top of the cup. like seriously?! i’ve never had this happen to me no matter what size or if i get no ice or less ice. this was upsetting compared to how excited i was to get my drink and for how much i spent just on two small drinks that the barista couldn’t even fill my cup up all the way.

Always crazy busy but the staff is wonderful last couple times I’ve been in here they have been training and even the new staff was fantastic. Very customer oriented this is my go to Starbucks plus they NEVER get my drink wrong and im a complicated mess with my order.

For being in kroger's this place is amazing and the workers are outstanding at their jobs. I would like to recognize Stephon B. Courtney S. Kiley M. These three made my visit amazing. They are funny uplifting and made my drink amazing as always. Place is clean and well organized.

I understand there is a lot of business throughout the day, I think if there was more staffing and help it would run smoother.I mainly place a mobile order, but have waited in line a few times, some of the baristas are friendly. All through I have had my drink made wrong a few times, it was still good and I did not send it back.

Parking: It’s in the Krogers store, so there is plenty of parking.

The employees were nice enough, but the coffee was not what i would expect from Starbucks. My iced coffee was extremely watery to the point where i could barely taste any flavor. its a translucent white and not even sweet with 7 pumps of sweetner. The barista remade the drink but it was exactly the same. Very much a waste of $5 dollars. Wouldn't recommend this location.

This has nothing to do with the person working there but rather the lack of workers that place needs . We never received service because she was so backed up with orders . We stood there for 10 minutes. there was one other person behind us but with all the online orders she had to complete We ran out of time I tried to get my daughter something before her school day began I guess in the future we should show up 20 minutes early . Starbucks you can do better. you need more than 1 person working your store that's just pure greed on your part that girl needs help . You are making money hand over fist . Also hire more people so you can service the customers again nothing against the girl working she was doing all she could do .
