Always crazy busy but the staff is wonderful last couple times I’ve been in here they have been training and even the new staff was fantastic. Very customer oriented this is my go to Starbucks plus they NEVER get my drink wrong and im a complicated mess with my order.

For being in kroger's this place is amazing and the workers are outstanding at their jobs. I would like to recognize Stephon B. Courtney S. Kiley M. These three made my visit amazing. They are funny uplifting and made my drink amazing as always. Place is clean and well organized.

I understand there is a lot of business throughout the day, I think if there was more staffing and help it would run smoother.I mainly place a mobile order, but have waited in line a few times, some of the baristas are friendly. All through I have had my drink made wrong a few times, it was still good and I did not send it back.

Parking: It’s in the Krogers store, so there is plenty of parking.

The employees were nice enough, but the coffee was not what i would expect from Starbucks. My iced coffee was extremely watery to the point where i could barely taste any flavor. its a translucent white and not even sweet with 7 pumps of sweetner. The barista remade the drink but it was exactly the same. Very much a waste of $5 dollars. Wouldn't recommend this location.

This has nothing to do with the person working there but rather the lack of workers that place needs . We never received service because she was so backed up with orders . We stood there for 10 minutes. there was one other person behind us but with all the online orders she had to complete We ran out of time I tried to get my daughter something before her school day began I guess in the future we should show up 20 minutes early . Starbucks you can do better. you need more than 1 person working your store that's just pure greed on your part that girl needs help . You are making money hand over fist . Also hire more people so you can service the customers again nothing against the girl working she was doing all she could do .

I cant order ahead because it always says they are out of things or its not available when I try to pre-order on app but when I go to the store it is available! Example blonde espresso... says not available at this store on the app but when i go and ask they do have it. So wth?? It's so very annoying because I can't pre-order instead I have to go and stand in line. Also, takes long time to get your order especially in the morning.

Drinks took a very long time to be completed. Both in the store and when ordered online. If ordering early, the drinks are not finished for over an hour later than expected. Good quality once made, but takes too much time.

I asked for an iced water because i had a drink mix in my bag. I bought chocolate covered nuts, ate that while one barista made three drinks at the slowest possible speed. The lady waiting for them was visibly annoyed and I got tired of watching the other barista restock while ignoring me so I left. hella
