Went there for a sub at 3:15 in the morning. They’re now open 24 hours, but apparently the gentleman working decides to take a lunch break whenever he feels like it so he shuts the place down. His response to me was lunch time, bro. How long is that for? Who knows when is it whenever he can fit it in? I understand the people need to take a break, but it’s kind of hard to run a business and you never know When they show up and actually get service. Very disappointing And the flying J Employee was kind of ignorant as well

I went for lunch, 11:45ish, and the workers were walking out of the shop. Never heard of a fast food place closing before lunch. Now I don’t know what time they’re open on what days, and do they even serve lunch??

I showed up 9:35pm to order 1 sub. Place is open but no one around. There is a customer in front of me waiting also. He said he watched the worker make a sub for another customer and then tell this customer to hang on a second he would be right back. But he disappeared for over 20 minutes. The front desk girls at the flying j had to go find him. Finally he comes out and starts to make the male customer his order, makes me wait for 10mins only to tell me he closes in 10 mins. And refuses to make me a sub. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Place sucks and I thought it was pretty ignorant to hide in the bathroom for over 20 mins to waste time before they close!!! Strike this place off my list to grab a sub!

I deliver food… this store made me fulfill this order. NOT VERY SANITARY! I’ve been working all morning, my hands are not clean. The bag is sealed, but I’m touching the cup in the lid. Hmm?
Since when do I get the drinks for orders placed through door dash? I didn’t know I worked for subway!? The manager was extremely rude looked at me and yelled. You walked right past your order before I even said one word to her. I then said well do you know what the drink is and she said it’s on the receipt. Zero customer service.

the seller was a black guy and he said that he was very busy, he had a lot of orders and you would be hungry 😉 I think that he is just a racist, there is no place for such people to work here

Yelled at me instantly as I walked in the door that they weren't taking orders, I understand that but they could have just simply told me nicely but instead I got yelled at for not knowing that this subway closes at 6 pm
DO NOT DOORDASH HERE! THEY WILL NOT GET YOUR ORDER AND YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED!!

Walked out rude people who do not listen to customer. More into talking amount themselves while making food. And do not listen when you tell them no tomatoes and they want to throw attitude and roll their at at me.
Oh he'll no ill go spend my money elsewhere
