This place gone down hill quick the last week alone, trying get order or anyone to help you at counter. Then they only care about giving free food to their girlfriends that work at mcdonald hangout there after work . As they are rude other customers! Make fun of people with handicaps.

Had a woman closing have the absolute worst attitude I’ve seen from a customer service representative absolutely close the window on our face. Never will come here again!!!

I try to be a prepared customer. When I pull up to the ordering board I know what I want, the size, with our without whatever and I'm sure a lot of people aren't as ready with their order as I am so getting an cashier that feels they have to prompt the customer is understandable. What is less understandable is having the cashier read each item back as you're ordering and asking if you're done yet after each individual item. Then when you that's all after the last item only for them to ask you if that's all anyway, that's a bit frustrating. I could already tell they weren't paying attention as I had to repeat each item because they couldn't even pay enough attention to listen to what I was saying. Then they got my order wrong. Honestly what's the point is picking out items if you're just going to give me whatever you feel like? I might as well have pulled up and said if like to spend 14 dollars, just put whatever you want in the bag. At least that way I wouldn't be disappointed when some of order was missing or wrong.

I had to remind the employees that there were children in the lobby whilst one of their moms came in a blazing in like someone stole her kid's bull dozer from the sandbox... after that, they continued to get loud.. while it's mildly entertaining, this mom felt like it was her duty to argue with her kid's employer, it was a tad much.

Jesus dude. Took them almost an HOUR to my food. Got so bored, watcha like two episodes of South Park while waiting. Place is great in the morning but god, don't come here for dinner. You'll be here all night. (Update: THEY DIDN'T EVEN GET IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME!)

Waited twenty minutes to order and another twenty minutes to get our food (for three people) and only two singular items were right, everything else in our bag definitely came from somebody else’s order. Very poor experience

Ordered Door Dash three items. Chix enchilada lacked chicken. First bite was all tortilla. Steak Quesadilla was unedible. Would not order from here again.

They got my order wrong, again. Terrible bagging. They gave me three soft Taco Supremes. I ordered crunchy. They managed to get sour cream all over the outside of the wrappings. Almost no meat, way too much lettuce and cheese. There was no room for the tomatoes on top so, they were just loose in the bag. I hate to mess with people who work in food service. I know it's not easy. But my goodness. No matter what you're doing, you should try to do a competent job just as a matter of dignity.

This place used to be THE Taco Bell location back about 5 years ago, but now it’s a shell of its former self. You walk in greeted by empty cash registers, being forced to use the digital kiosk. The future is now I guess. Need to pay with cash, or pick up a mobile order? Maybe they forgot to give you an item in your meal, which happens quite often? Good luck getting any of the staff to help you. Even if they’re not busy, they just kind of…look at you standing at the counter. They don’t ask what you need. After I finally got someone to ask me what I needed, it took about 20 minutes for them to make a freaking soft taco that I did not receive initially. Horrible service nowadays. Portion sizes are often pretty skimpy too. The Baja Blast in the lobby’s machine always tastes like mouthwash while the stuff in the drive thru fountain is literal heaven in a cup. I’m very disappointed to see the steep decline at my (former) favorite location.

It was so slow in the drive thru that I waited thirty minutes while there were six people on staff.
The bathroom were a mess looked like they haven't been cleaned in awhile the girl up front was rude there were no napkins in the dining room
