I will never return to this location! The employees are RUDE and too LAZY to take your order. The heavy set female with the glasses would make a call and argue, then take your order at the register. She claimed corporate said she's not allowed to take orders at the register because they are short staffed. That certainly doesn't stop them from congregating by the front counter and talking or arguing with customers. The lady literally wanted to argue longer than it took to take my order. I left and will never return.

This particular Taco Bell has gone a bit downhill in recent years. Service used to be lightning fast through the drive-thru, but now it can be extremely slow at times, even with a mobile order.Today I sat in the drive-thru for nearly 25 minutes to get my lunch order.At least the employees are always nice, and the food is hot and usually accurate.

I have lived in vandalia for a little over a year now and have ate this taco bell maybe 5 times. Every time has been terrible experience. They always forget food items half the time you get the suace you asked for half the time you don't... the menu items are more expensive here than at tippcity or Miller lane locations. I will not be going back today was the last chance I was willing to give and again as usual menu items were forgot in my drive thru order and we waited at the window for about 8 minutes to get 6 non modified menu items and two drinks... if your in the mood for taco bell I would suggest skipping this Location and driving to miller lane Location or tippcity.
