We stopped at this Wendy's location after a late flight. The staff was welcoming and the food was served quickly and everything was prepared as ordered.

Place is a dump. Hard to turn into from the road, parking on a down hill, no changing table in family restrooms, no trash receptacles outside, entrance was muddy, and didn't accept card, was cash only. Do better.

November 29th I ordered on the app and by some computer glitch they only received half the order. When I came for the rest of my food they made me pay for it again even though they and I were fully aware that I had actually paid for and ordered the food already like seen the charge on my bank account and the app. Today I ordered 2 breakfast baconators for home and there was no bacon. Went back. Dining room locked. Told the guy in the drive thru. He said they were out of bacon. Something I would have liked to know when I ordered, before I paid and left. Then he said I could only have replacement sandwiches and I could not have a refund. Thai place is garbage. It’s worth the travel to the next closest Wendy’s.

Edit: I’d like to add that on the app you CANNOT even order chili at this store. It’s not an option in the app. I’ve contacted the app customer service several times about it. Nothing has been done.

Sticky floor mats. Deplorable restroom. Out of many drink items in self serve machine. Alerted staff. Dirty around the drink machine area. They did not refill machine. Used a plastic cup to fill your cup before giving it to you. Slow does not begin to describe service. Hamburger was very salty. Friendly workers.

There is a kid who works the door dash orders who is absolutely one of the rudest workers .-. Slamming items into the bag, openly hostile and talking bad about how much he hates door dashers. No respect for anybody and he knows it’s too so save your money and stay away from this restaurant or ask him to pack it properly he will say no and act smug about it :)

ordered 3 bacon double stacks and none of them had bacon. ordered a 10 piece spicy nugget and got 5. paid for it all

Stopped on my way home. Tried to get a Chicken BLT biggie Bag. Asked for no tomato. Got to the window and I didn’t get my drink but got my food. I went to ask for my drink and she just smiled and shut the window on me. Got home and had tomato on my sandwich, which wasn’t a chicken BLT. I’m allergic to tomatoes. Watch out going here.

Took 3-4 mins for someone to show up to the register despite it being deserted (I was told the other two people there weren’t allowed to use the register)… paid $6 for 2 sodas and both were completely flat.
