It's been a year or two since I've ordered a spicy chicken sandwich at Wendy's. It will be way longer before I order another one.. obviously they've changed the actual chicken on the sandwich. Before it used to be a nice breast. Now it is breading with a thin layer of chicken. And on top of that, everything I took a bite, I got a whiff of fish! Eeeewwwww! Did not even finish the sandwich.

Absolute joke, every other time me and my girlfriend come through the drive-thru it feels like we're an inconvenience to the worker. Never really let it bother me cause usually the food isn't terrible this time however, I ordered the mushroom bacon burger. There was a literal piece of wood in my food. I don't know if it's from a mop I don't know what it's from. And God bless the poor manager on duty who looks barely over 20, but do not come here. The service from the drive-thru employees is terrible the food is at best meh, and apparently, there's a chance you may have foreign objects in your food absolute disgrace to fast food restaurants
Also in the photo attached you can clearly see a little bit of the cheese from the sandwich still on the piece of wood, I discovered it when I bit into it thinking it was a burnt piece of meat or mushroom.

If the local McDonalds had a bigger menu, I would never need to go to this horrible excuse of a restaurant. The Wendy’s in Vandalia OH is consistently awful, churning thru new employees that constantly mess up your orders.
Whether it’s not understanding how their own menu works (the 2 for $3 menu being notoriously untaught in their training process.) to not paying attention to changes made to individual items (asking for only ketchup gets you no ketchup and everything else on your sandwich.) you can count on store #3044 to be consistent in its inconsistency.
Also, I was told by the manager they do not offer refunds.

Absolutely the worst wendys I have ever been too. They will sit on the phone talking while the lobby fills up with people waiting at least 20mins. I won't even go into detail about how disgusting it is in there. Let's just say that they whole lobby from top to bottom is the same color as a chocolate frosty.

The guy at the counter didn't even know if we had all of our food there, and I ordered biggie bag and with my nuggets I got two regular nuggets on top and two spicy at the bottom, like the cook didn't want to make more regular nuggets and not to mention the floors were extremely sticky and gross 🤢🤮

Just went through the drive through this morning and got a baconator breakfast combo only to get to work and they forgot the meat, so I had to eat an egg and cheese sandwich thanks alot.
