Slow rude never busy. Never ask if they can help you. 40 minute wait for one sandwich or more. Two employees most of the time. Drive off customers in drive thru. Employees are usually on their phones and annoyed when you asking for something or order.

Pulled up in the drive-thru and was told that it would be a 10 minute wait because they had just dropped burgers. Pulled around and the guy working the drive-thru was out in the lot having a smoke break...absolute joke there wasn't anyone else ordering food so unless I just missed the great burger run of 2024, somebody's lying. Oh well, they will be like Vandalia's Burger King soon

Very disappointed in the food. Ordered a baconator. Was given a jr. Cheese burger that was burnt and tough. Fries tasted good but were so tiny it looked like the scraps of the bottom of the box.

Wow! Vandalia, Ohio Wendy’s! This is the most horrible so called “fast food” joint I have ever been to. Placed a mobile order because there is never anybody at the register. Went in to pick up my order and I was correct! Was not acknowledged for 20 minutes. 3 of the ladies working there even walked up to the counter and was never even acknowledged. No we will be right with you or can we help you. NO!! Instead the one decided to talk on her cell phone while putting in fries., which she pulled up and they sat there untouched for the 20 minutes we waited. Also, want to note that there was only 1 other couple in the whole building and no line at the drive through. Finally, had to say something ti one of them and she was rude and acted liked I was interrupting her! This place is a joke! Never going back. Also, we have been there several times in the past month and they have been out of ice and every kind of Coke Zero. If you can’t handle waiting on 2 couples, you shouldn’t offer mobile orders or Door Dash. They are not capable of multitasking.

This place is absolutely horrible, The workers are mean a miserable, only few are nice , the black lady manager , and the older lady at the counter,. The black dude has an attitude problem!

Terrible terrible service. Girl taking orders had ear buds in and was not listening to what we ordered. Missed items. Then we waited 30+ minutes for our food. My son whose order she didn't hear because of ear buds and not paying attention took another 15-20 min for his meal. No honey for chicken nuggets. Brought wrong drinks out. They were so slow even just walking. Ridiculous. Won't ever go back. We would have left and asked for a refund but I had 2 of my young grandchildren with us. It was not even lunch or dinner time. 2:30 pm.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese croissant combo. The sauce on this is SO good. And who doesn't love bacon! Lol.But when I got to work and opened the sandwich, it was a bacon egg and cheese biscuit!!! It was SO dry, I couldn't eat it. I don't order biscuits for this very reason - there's usually dry.Was VERY disappointed.Started to go there again this week and then remembered this experience and decided not to chance it.
