I got unloaded with in 2 hours, it’s little bit tight space, but manageable, parking on the shoulder.
I arrived there to pick up a lot.I'd have my trailer pre cooled to −5°.As per the shipping papers, it did not take them very long to load me.After I was able to back into the door a lot of good people working here
If you use Google maps male sure you get whitecastle the restaurant. I was trying to buy dinner lol this is not a restaurant. My belly made me click in a hurry

By appt and they are slow
Arrived 5 hours before my appointment to pick up. They loaded within 2 hours of checking in. Was able to start my trip early. Thanks
Make sure you pre cool trailer.
These guys are very lazy wasting just one truck more than 3 hrs they have no respect too. They do deserve just one star.
For those looking to eat at White Castle, this is not a restaurant. This is the factory that sends food to their restaurants.

White Castle good is great anyways. The breakfast!!!! OMG!!!! Was here to pickup a load. The wonderful team in shipping and receiving made sure trailer temp was okay and confirmation for pick-up was on point. Cool laid back spot to get loaded at. Without mine coming back ANYTIME!!!!!! Not long in load time either. Clean and organized warehouse

GPS may tell you to go East out of here at the light. DO NOT! This leads to rural roads not fit for trucks.Easy access to an airport highway just to the left (West), that connects directly to I-70 & I-75. Smooth sailing from there.
Friendly employees. Unloaded quickly. Entire unloading process took 1.5 hours.
