This absolute hell hole took almost an hour to give us our main food. We ate the snacks given and then were full before they even gave us our food. The only good thing about this place was the infant children screaming and crying. They need to find out how to hire kids again, because an hour is OUTRAGEOUS. Anyways I'm summoning demons to go after this corporations.

Food is always good. Host was very weird/off-putting and rude. Not sure if there was just something wrong with him or not but anyways we sat down and I caught up with a friend for about maybe 45 minutes. Server was quick but definitely was trying to push us out from the moment we got there. With every chance she got asking us if we were paying cash or card, brining paper receipts over even though we hadn’t asked for one since we were using card. I would like to have one meal and catch up with a friend without feeling like we are in inconvenience or uncomfortable at 10:30 when you are open until 1am. Thank you!

I visited this restaurant with approximately 12 others for a birthday party. The server that we had for the party her name was AJ. We all had exceptional And Timely service and the food was absolutely delicious! I would definitely recommend this restaurant at this location.
My wife and I went to the Applebee's in Wadsworth, Ohio. It started off bad when my wife asked the bartender (Kaytlin) to please wipe the crumbs off the bar where we were about to sit. We got a huff and she went to get a cloth to do it. For the whole rest of the event there were no smiles and short sentences or no response to our questions. The food was good. My wife had a steak and I had the chicken fiesta. The price was OK for today's world, but the visit was not pleasant. She never asked if we liked our food or anything else after it was delivered. We asked for the bill and it was laid in front of us on the small tray and she walked away. My wife gave her the least amount of tip that was already calculated on the bill (18%). I wanted 10% or less, but my wife tried making excuses for Kaytlin. I will not encourage my wife to return.

Not the best service. Staff was sitting down the whole time and our drinks were empty. Never came back to check on us and then we told them it was our daughter's 11th birthday. That we wanted milk shakes and the machine was "broke" they didn't even say happy birthday. Got the bill and gave 200.00 cash and the waiters response to paying the bill is do you need change. Yes sir I need change on my 115.00 bill.?? service was my only complaint. Compliments to the cook for the good food!
