The food was great. The waitress dumped a full glass of water on my friend.She took it ok. Told the girl not to be upset she would dry out. The least they should have done is comp her meal but they never even mentioned doing so. Not very good to not offer something.

Applebee's seems tired and worn out. Food was tasteless. Had the 4 cheese mac and cheese. Noodles were over cooked. Didn't taste 1 cheese let alone 4.

We are a *BIG* family... and some days are hard. Tonight after days of being sick and 3 of our littles going out to eat after wrestling, I can promise I wasn't in the mood.... for anything. But God sent the sweetest stranger to give me a pep talk and proof that all of humanity hasn't gone down the drain! You know who you are and just thank you so much for your understanding and kind note... Lord knows I needed that. I will forever say that the Wadsworth Applebee's is one in a million!
Went in for lunch, ordered two cheeseburgers one with bacon and both medium or pink in the middle. Wait staff seemed upset at our smaller order but we didn’t mind. Did not offer apps just took order. Very long wait for the food. Came out well done and so greasy buns fell apart. Wife’s cheese burger had no cheese! When waitress did finally come back said it was her bad she thought said hamburger. Said she could maybe get a slice of cheese brought out. Mentioned they both well done she just walked away. We paid our bill on the table app waitress came back only to ask if we already paid and laughed as we said yes and walked away. All of this within six feet of the manager and no mention of anything. Apparently if you don’t plan to spend a lot of money you are not taken seriously or treated kindly.

Melanne went above and beyond for me. She is very kind and compassionate. She listened to me, chatted with me and had great recommendations. She was very attentive. She left me a little happy birthday note on my napkin, which I thought was super sweet. I’ll be returning to see her again!!
