This is the best Applebee's in the Akron area. Yes, we've been to them all. 🤣 It's always been good service, good food, and if anything is wrong with the order, they make it right.

Debbie was the best server I have ever had and experienced at any Applebees. The Applebees in Wadsworth is the place to go. They are friendly and the best. I would recommend anyone to come to this Applebees. Debbie thanks for the opportunity to have been your guests my wife kids and I have enjoyed your hospitality and service. Debbie definitely deserves a raise or a bonus some how some way. Debbie continue doing what you do and don’t stop being the best you can be.

The staff at this location is much better than the other restaurants in this area. Taking my special needs kiddos out for dinner can be stressful. However, the hostesses (Chloe and Angelica from the night I went) were very helpful in accommodating their needs. And the waitress Dana was very sweet with them. I look forward to coming back here next time we go out to eat!

After giving this business numerous chances we will no longer be ordering from here anymore. We ordered takeout dinners. There were three mistakes with the food. One burger was no lettuce and they put lettuce on it. Not a huge deal but still a mistake. My burger was supposed to be no cheese and extra pickles. It had no pickles and had cheese on it. The wings were supposed to be sauce on the side but were covered in sauce. It’s very sad that multiple people read our order and didn’t bother to make sure it was correct. It’s clear that management needs addressing at this Applebee’s.

This absolute hell hole took almost an hour to give us our main food. We ate the snacks given and then were full before they even gave us our food. The only good thing about this place was the infant children screaming and crying. They need to find out how to hire kids again, because an hour is OUTRAGEOUS. Anyways I'm summoning demons to go after this corporations.

Food is always good. Host was very weird/off-putting and rude. Not sure if there was just something wrong with him or not but anyways we sat down and I caught up with a friend for about maybe 45 minutes. Server was quick but definitely was trying to push us out from the moment we got there. With every chance she got asking us if we were paying cash or card, brining paper receipts over even though we hadn’t asked for one since we were using card. I would like to have one meal and catch up with a friend without feeling like we are in inconvenience or uncomfortable at 10:30 when you are open until 1am. Thank you!
