I wanted to take the time to write a review. It isn't often that you go to a fast food restaurant nowadays and get polite service with a smile. I was really impressed with the staff. Anista(?) (Hopefully I spelled the name correctly.) Was so nice and polite. An order of fries were missing from my order and the whole team apologized, quickly got me another fry and even increased the size.
I was really impressed with the service!

Stopped by tonight for a late dinner. Tyler took my order and was very efficient, he repeated back everything that I ordered and gave me my total when I got to the window. He greeted me with a smiling face and was very kind. He was fast and efficient. I got my food quickly. It was delicious and prepared exactly how I ordered thank you very much. You don’t get this kind of service very often these days. Keep up the good work Tyler hopefully you get a raise.

Our fish sandwich was cold the cheese that was on it was old dried up, disgusting, the bun was old and dried up. We have visited in the last year 3 different Arby’s in Monroe Oh, Wadsworth Oh , Somerset Ky. All disgusting. Never try again. Fries were the bottom of basket cold also.should of taken a picture every time we had tried them

A few days ago, a male manager with facial hair and glasses was completely rude to me for no reason. I definitely wouldn’t recommend him taking your order or solving your Arby's app problem. Just because he has unresolved issues from home and childhood gives him no reason to be as rude as he is to customers. I can only imagine how he treats half of his coworkers. If this is what Arby’s considers as manager material, then I would say they need to reconsider their decision. I think his name tag said Mike.

The worst experience I ever had for chicken wraps. They literally send us a cold wrap with the old chicken. The wrap was so cold. They never put it in the oven I guess because even the cheese is not melted. disgusting. couldn't eat it.

I love the shakes and Jalapeno poppers. And where else has reuben sandwiches for fast food?
My pup gets a chicken nugget treat once in a while. It's fun to see the smiling faces at the drive thru window when they offer his nugget. Makes my day!
