Pretty simple, I pass up the Arby's in Saville to go to the one in Wadsworth. Very friendly staff, excellent food made fresh, clean and a great atmosphere. They have terrific employees who seem to care about the customer's. Try them and see for yourself.

I wanted to take the time to write a review. It isn't often that you go to a fast food restaurant nowadays and get polite service with a smile. I was really impressed with the staff. Anista(?) (Hopefully I spelled the name correctly.) Was so nice and polite. An order of fries were missing from my order and the whole team apologized, quickly got me another fry and even increased the size.
I was really impressed with the service!

Stopped by tonight for a late dinner. Tyler took my order and was very efficient, he repeated back everything that I ordered and gave me my total when I got to the window. He greeted me with a smiling face and was very kind. He was fast and efficient. I got my food quickly. It was delicious and prepared exactly how I ordered thank you very much. You don’t get this kind of service very often these days. Keep up the good work Tyler hopefully you get a raise.
