I ordered 2 chocolate malts and got chocolate milk. This was not a malt or even a milkshake. I've been going to Biddingers for years. I'm starting to think that the current wait staff does not care about customer service or quality.

The spot to get ice cream in Wadsworth. The girls working there are very efficient and are also patient with the young kids who want to order for themselves.
Kid-friendliness: Patient with families with multiple kids and handle the pressure of the crowd very well.
