My family and I had a great experience dining there on 7/18. We had just landed at Akron airport and had an additional 2 hrs drive, we stopped there for a quick bite right before they closed. The staff was so kind and accommodating to us and our baby. They went out of their way for us, despite their shifts ending. Our food came so fast and was delicious. We can’t thank the staff enough! :)

Arrived for early dinner at 4. Right before the regular patrons. They weren't too busy. No wait. Both waitresses were skilled and friendly. Four of us. The food was delicious and hot. We will definitely come again

I met some friends for breakfast this morning. We were seated very quickly. The waitress was strange, but friendly. It took quite a while to get our drink order, but when our coffees finally came we were given a plastic cup filled with cream (maybe milk) to share for the table. Just seemed strange to get it in a plastic cup. The food was just ok. Nothing special. It was also a little strange that jelly had to be requested and wasn’t already on the table.

We live local and sometimes order in the evening. Breakfast for dinner. Anyhow we ended up with less than we ordered and payed for. Food was cold and someone put there fingers in our mashed potatoes and sent them to us. This place sucks. Please no more gift cards to Bob Evan’s on Xmas.

Pancakes were little over done, not fluffy, and could taste scorch . Sent back got French toast.

Ordered omlett and hash browns... hash browns were under cooked and crunchy, and I ordered omlett with bacon and tomato, I got sausage and bacon finely chopped in a omlett that was very wet. I will never eat here again. No pride in one's work I guess. I would have complained to waitress but she never came back to ask how anything was until she brought bill.
