I've eaten here before and the food was great! Today was such a terrible experience, we were sat right away and waited to be greeted by a server after sitting there for 15 minutes. She did say it was her second day so we didn't fault her for it, she took out drink order and we ordered and appetizer, 10 minutes later she came back over and realized she didn't put anything in that we ordered. She was extremely overwhelmed and again I'm not faulting her. My issue was that there were 2 overwhelmed servers trying to take care of everyone while 4 people stood behind the bar chatting and not helping. We sat there for another 15 minutes and got sick of it and left. My boyfriend left money for his beer though as we haven't ever received the bread we ordered. Honestly we probably won't be returning.

Rolled napkins need two forks in them. The caesar salad should have been dressed in the kitchen. They should have fresh cracked pepper not ground pepper.

My husband and I stopped here for our anniversary! Greeted at the door. Got to pick our own table which was nice. The servers, Kenzie and Niko, were excellent. We ordered mussels for our appetizer and quite a few weren’t open. The broth was delicious. They offered to discount or make more. We chose to make more. So delicious. Very easily taken care of. I had the lemon orzo! Delicious and so was my husband’s Alfredo with shrimp. Complimentary Cannoli for our special day! Delicious! Our drinks were made properly and delicious! We will be back! Thank you for the great experience!

I grew up in upstate New York with a very large Italian population with only local Italian restaurants. For this area it’s by far one of the closest I’ve had to good local Italian meal, and for me I have high standards. You will not get oversized “chain restaurant” portions, but with a soup/salad and an entree, you will not leave hungry. You go here for quality not quantity, which some of the other reviews don’t understand. You can also tell other reviews are just hit jobs because the owner in their responses brings the receipts. This shows they take their service, food and reputations seriously which is hard to find these days. Will be back and frequently.

Dinners were lunch-sized portions. Normal pasta meals, nothing special. Charged for bread! Won't be back.
Further reduced rating after owner defends skimpy pasta portions and charging for bread instead of taking valid feedback and making adjustments.

My husband and I had high hopes this would be a new Italian spot for us, but our bar is pretty darn high having lived near a Diners, Drive-Ins, and Dives favorite for years in NY. Unfortunately, we are still on the hunt for our next Italian go to.
The atmosphere was generally good, hardwood floors, brick walls, interesting photos, good music. What was odd was there was a TV by the bar that was on and it just didn't fit in. I know, TV/bar, okay... but seemed out of place. But honestly not a huge detractor since I couldn't hear it and it wasn't tuned to anything political.
The staff was great, super friendly, attentive. We were seated promptly and our server came over within 2 minutes (a good metric).
Now the food... I had a ceasar salad. The dressing was nontraditional (no anchovies that I could taste, fine by me) and was crisp and tasty. The croutons were not homemade, but that really isn't a surprise, and they were still yummy.
I got the chicken piccata, my husband got the lasagna. The piccata was caper heavy, lemon light, backwards to how I prefer it. And I know it should be just parsley but I swear to the high heavens I tasted oregano. It wasn't bad, just not great and I wouldn't order it again.
The lasagna was wetter than our style too. Some people love all the sauce and ricotta cheese, but there was so much of it when we left my husband joked that it was almost like a stew. Granted, it was flavorful (I tasted it) and he did eat almost all of it (generous portion). Just saying not our style.
So, it was a miss for us. We may or may not be back. It's like a half hour drive, so probably only if friends invited us to go.

We stopped by spunkmeyers pub, after our softball game and it was an hour wait for food, so we came to Cambrias. It was closing time but they waved us in and were so kind! The wings are the best in Wadsworth! We were tired, hot and hungry and they took great care of us!
