Two star review because the staff is kind and efficient. We live in Wadsworth, and have been coming to this location for years. Unfortunately, they skimp on portions so much more lately that when my husband has picked up our last several orders his bowl is HALF FULL. For the cost of food, why is that the case?

We don't order the 'light' options for any portions.
Driving even a little further to the Norton location, and we have found they don't skimp on the portions like this location does. Not sure what the deal is.

Came this evening to try to give this location one last chance from crappy service before girl with black hair threw the chimichurri in the bag it exploded over everything and this was all unbeknownst to me until i got all the way home

I came in after a long day, I didn’t want to cook and generally Chipotle is better than the other options. Well it was until lately.

I ordered online and walked in one minute after the website told me to be there. I arrived home and took a bite five minutes later. The positives, lots of sour cream. The negatives, cold and hard beans, cold clumped rice, tepid at best carbs asada for what little there actually was. It was disgusting.

They were slow but if you’re open until 11, getting a meal 3 hours before close should still be decent. For the money it costs, it should be decent at closing time.

Chipotle used to be good, but much like everything else, people are struggling to make ends meet and when we do get a chance to go out for a treat, we are served garbage by underpaid employees so corporate can have another record profit quarter. Another business I am completely done with.

Came in for a quesadilla yesterday, the male worker put the cheese on the tortilla, but then all of a sudden a female coworker came and took about 5-10 strands of cheese off and put it back in the cheese container? Are you guys really that stingy? The prices have gone up and the portions have literally gone smaller. Chipotle will not be around for long if this business practice continues. Good food but holy Christ give us what we pay for!

Picked up food 3 minutes after it said it was ready. Food was completely cold, also got a bowl instead of burrito, which even on the sticker they placed on it says “Burrito”. I’ve had some bad Chipotle but this has been the worst let down yet. Sucks it’s the closest to me, but it was so bad I will actually drive further to a different location.

EDIT: Holy shizzznits! I looked at other reviews and they are ALL 1 star except for one. This place must have terrible employees/management. Something is seriously wrong with this place

Only 1 scoop of meat used to be 2 and definitely did not equate to 4 ounces of meat. Why are they not giving much meat?? I think its time to start driving to another location and not giving this location our business.

I used to love chipotle, Especially having one so close in our tiny town, But over the years, I’ve watched ours decline rapidly, The service is horrible, the staff is rude and just seem like they don’t care. The food sizes are so small. Especially for online orders, they treat you like you don’t even matter, And to make matters worse, the Wadsworth chipotle charges you more than every other chipotle in surrounding areas. And you get way less food. As well as the food quality is so all over the place. Sometimes you can go in and get a nice tasting bowl. And other times you can’t even finish it because it’s so bland and boring. So I wish I could keep supporting our local restaurant, But I would rather drive to one of the numerous others around and get better food for cheaper

Consistently great experiences here so far, we're new to Wadsworth. They don't seem upset when I ask for extra rice, they were patient with my toddler, and even helped me keep her wrangled by bribing her with the juice box she was getting with her meal. Please consider adding the option to tip when paying via credit or debit card.
