Went through the drive thru tonight. Ordered 3 blizzards. Also ordered 2 peanut buster parfait. After waiting at least 15 minutes at the window and watching the high school employees taking pictures on their phones one of the finally acknowledged us. After another 5 minutes or so passed we were finally given our order that had been sitting on the counter for quite some time. When we got home we opened our treats…. The blizzards were only about 3/4 full. The peanut buster parfaits tasted like they dumped the last of the peanuts out of the container. So salty we couldn’t eat them. Such a disappointment all around tonight.

Ordered 2 medium Pumpkin Pie Blizzards in store. All high school kids working and we’re trying but really had no direction. The counter person kept taking orders but after 20 minutes, several of us still didn’t have our orders but new orders kept getting made. I finally said something to staff and they forgot about us. Young person said she was terrible at “stacking “orders. After a total of 30 minutes, got my order and went home. My blizzards had no pie crust in them and were not mixed to the bottom of cups. I called and they substituted cookie dough bites because they were out of pie crust pieces and they were too hard to mix properly with cookie dough. Tasted terrible!

Very busy tonight, both inside and drive thru. Clearly short staffed with only two experience people and a trainee. Lady working the inside counter was a rock star, patient with the trainee and helping them while being encouraging. Polite and courteous to all the customers.

Every time I've come here so far the staff is nice, friendly and always doing something. Defying teamwork and the ice cream is on point every single time.

Sheet ice cream cake messed up 2x because they tried to put Congratulations on it and would not fit. Ran over and back 2 x told manager just to put Congrats on second cake nope it was already done when my husband went to go get it. I guess we just should have keep the messed up 1st cake. You only graduate from high school once in a lifetime! Tried to have a nice ice cream cake for my son, guess not ! 42$ for ice cream is ridiculous anyway!

Ordered a custom cake online a few days before needed, and the end product looked even better than the website pic! Can't go wrong with a DQ ice cream cake. And staff in store was incredibly friendly!

Terrible customer service and filthy counters covered in toppings and sauce. I will drive to Fairlawn 10 min out of my way than ever come back to this location.

It’s been a family tradition for many years to get an ice cream cake from Dairy Queen. This is the first time we have been unhappy with the quality. This is a 10” cake for $36.99 and as you can see the chocolate ice cream is only about halfway on the bottom and the good stuff in the middle is the same way. It seems as if they took an 8” cake and added a bunch of vanilla ice cream to make it a 10”. I am not sure why, maybe shrinkflation. Last time I buy the 10”.
