Worst experience ever the lady was rude and hung up on us 2times. When we called to find out what was up with our order which was 2hours late. Then she canceled my order without reason. And kept my money. I will never order from here again. And trust this I will make sure none of my friends and family don't either.. this is so unprofessional and absolutely rude. The owner and corporate should clean house there. Employee are rude and unprofessional.

So I called the local number in Wadsworth Ohio. Got someone that's speaking broken English. I could not understand them. I asked if I'm talking to the store. She said a call center. Must be in India. I said I don't talk to a call center when I'm ordering a pizza that's down the road

I don’t think I have ever got my order correct even when I go pick it up in person they somehow still manage to mix things up get things wrong. Staff is unprofessional unwilling to help.

Update: We ordered Pizza Hut online after Dominoes hosed us. They was busy like Dominoes but they keep sending us updates through the app telling us where our food was inline. It was 20 mins longer than 1st reported but with 3 updates so we knew what was going on. Read below my review from Dominoes order
Good luck getting your food. Please read all the reviews from others. So many times they don't cook the food and say they're too busy. They got us tonight. Ordered online, app said 20 mins. 45 mins later when they finally answered phone they said they're to busy and way behind. Need another 50 mins. When we complained they said to forget it, they will credit us back and we won't make your food, then hung up on us. They mess up and they're pissed at us. So nuts. Good luck if you place and order in Wadsworth.

Just do it! Thin crust pizza was best pizza I’ve had in LONG time (I love all styles, types, toppings, etc). I think I ate 8 pieces in 3 minutes.
Delivery was fast and accurate, even on a fall football Sunday!
I am actually mad at myself for refusing to eat domino’s for so many years based on how it was when I was young…. It may be my favorite pizza in town, because paired with the price tag it’s just a YES!

I wouldn't buy a thing from here The manager at this Domino's has the nastiest attitude I ever seen 6:30pm I tried to inform her that one of her male drivers almost hit me at the light,on my bike driving recklessly. She responded with a very nasty attitude towards me. I'm having trouble understanding the people in Wadsworth. She was laughing and making fun of me.

SOLID pizza. Ordered NY style extra sauce well done and pizza was as expected. It had plenty of cheese and very nice crust. Best Domino’s pizza I’ve had.

Okay so I love the food I really do I get it way to much to be honest but for me to post a delivery 10 mins before close and they cancel my order when previously I have done it way later like 5 mins before close I just don’t understand

I was a little leery about ordering here after reading fairly recent reviews but my car is in the shop and I wanted something in a quick walking distance. 2 pizzas, quality was on par with any other domino's I've been to, and it was made by the time I got there.

Order placed online. Website estimates 24min for order to be completed. 45 min later called in to see what was going on when the website was still saying being prep'd and Sarah put me on hold never to return again. Then a young guys hops on the phone. He tells me it's going to be another 50 minutes at least. I try to confirm that they had the order since Sarah had mumbled "this is so weird" when she was on the phone, he then got rude and didn't appreciate being called out on it so he hung up on me. So in other words... great customer service. Sarcasm
