This is the second time they have delivered the wrong order. I suppose it's on us for trusting before the driver left. However, this is unacceptable. How hard is it to double check the receipt against the order in the bag?

Amazing food and customer service and the fast delivery is insanely fast for how good of the quality the food is and the fact we live outside of the city limits is even more impressive. Super rude lady working … I get it’s the Super Bowl- however 2 hours and 10 mins is a bit ridiculous for a large pep pizza! And they wouldn’t let me use my “ free emergency “pizza coupon because no one knew how to do it!!!

Worst experience ever the lady was rude and hung up on us 2times. When we called to find out what was up with our order which was 2hours late. Then she canceled my order without reason. And kept my money. I will never order from here again. And trust this I will make sure none of my friends and family don't either.. this is so unprofessional and absolutely rude. The owner and corporate should clean house there. Employee are rude and unprofessional.
