We constantly have to wait about an hour or longer just to get our mobile order. We waited another 40 minutes in line, 10-20 minutes at the speaker just for us to tell them we have a mobile order and then 5-20 minutes at the window for said mobile order. The service has gone down hill ever since the last GM walked out last year. It used to be quick, friendly service, now you’re lucky to get a greeting.

Waited an hour in drive thru line and there were only 4 cars in front of me. Worst experience ever for a drive thru.

This is the slowest location so even if there’s only 2 cars in the drive thru you can expect to wait 20 minutes for a coffee and one donut. This location has also never ever (seriously not once) gotten my order 100% correct.

I have came here three times for a frozen medium coffee and I'm allergic to cinnamon and for some reason the kid running the register has no idea how to take the order. He has got it wrong all three times and Everytime he adds vanilla and cinnamon and a bunch of other things I don't want . Or can't have like cinnamon if you have an allergy do not come here cuz they will for sure add in your coffee. I also took a drink and it tasted off and looked at the tag and seen freaking cinnamon. I will not come back . Train your employees and do better . Your the only dunking that has no flipping idea what a medium frozen Carmel coffee is . Took it back and they still messed it up .

The absolute SLOWEST group of workers. For 1 coffeee!!! Every other DD ive ever visited handles their business, this is seriously a ridiculous location. Last only tome Ive come here they were just chit chatting laughing inside and standing in a circle talking while the line had been sitting for ALMOST 20 MINUTES!!! Who is the General Manager of this place?!?

Nothing like standing in line waiting 10 minutes to not be served or even acknowledged! This is 230 not a busy time 4 cars in the drive thru 4 employees working.Then as I'm walking out the girl who clearly knew nobody had helped me says have you been helped? Unreal! The kid behind the counter just casually making drinks like times isn't an issue. Looking around while waiting to not be taken care of I noticed it was disgusting in there! Ultimately making up my decision of leaving. Milk and coffee all over the counters gross! Do better!

I used to go to Dunkin when I didn't want to in line at Starbucks.... I will no longer make that mistake. But the employees are friendly and the orders are made correctly

It’s Dunkin. Not a uniquely special place but the staff is super friendly and the donuts are good when you need something to grab and run.

Drive-thru was extremely slow-- and after all that wait the hot macchiato tasted like hot milk and the chocolate frosted donut was very dry. I did go in and mention the fact that they're expresso tastes like nothing an employee (manager?) was kind enough to remake it for me- but the point is I shouldn't have to take the time to stop back and go inside and have it remade it should be done right the first time especially at the price point of almost $5. Whole crew needs to be retrained on how to make hot espresso drinks. The remade one was on point and delicious. Thank you.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Horrible. Placed an order and waited in the awful drive through line. Told my entire order wasn’t available. Told to get a refund in the app and she closed the window. No where in the app to do that. No one answers the phone. Finally called corporate. I’ll get my refund in 14 business days. Unacceptable. Never going there again. Zero customer service. Apparently a corporate culture.
