I have been here 3-4 times. Although the people are very nice, my order is always messed up, which I take partial blame for not double checking before I leave. 2 times they forgot a side, last time they forgot an entree, a fry, and to mix my wings in sauce which they told me I had to do..but I could not even do that because they did not put sauce in for either order of wings (even on the side). I always get the food to go and give a nice cash tip. Very disappointing. One time on the phone a girl gave me the total of my to go order and said "this is your total before you tip us"..... still tipped but that threw me off a little.

This is a true gem in Medina County. The food is superb! The staff is amazing. If you have never been here you need to check it out!!

I ordered the chicken pesto panini sandwich. The piece of chicken was very small. I got mostly bread. The fries were good and was given a fair portion.

Their server Emily W., and the game wall would be the only reason we would go back. Half the Food was overcooked, but ok. Portions were good.Fun place for kids and adults!

Everything about the Great Oaks Tavern was really great. Being a Wednesday afternoon for lunch, it wasn't all that busy but still, the food and service were excellent. Our server, Bree, couldn't have been more helpful and attentive. We even met the owner/manager and he too was very welcoming, just like an old friend. I would definitely like to go back and try some of the many board games on hand for customers use. A+

A typical pub atmosphere and food. Good beer and lot of games you can play for a fee. Sweet potato tots were great and my wife loved the brisket Philly cheese steak; my pesto chicken sandwich was just ok, friends said burger was good. We will go back again and I will try something else.

This place is my absolute favorite in Wadsworth! I come here every Thursday with my friends for Trivia and it's the highlight of our week. One of the hostesses, Regan, is hilarious and does a great job of making us feel welcomed every week. Auriel usually waits on and is awesome every week along with the rest of the staff. Good food, craft beers, and board games!

Spent $80 on a takeout order, they put all the food in one bag so when I got home the bag tore and half the order went flying and ended up in my driveway. The food that was edible was not worth the price. Chicken tenders were burnt and kids meal was $7 for 2 chicken tenders and 6 fries. Won’t be going back.

Food is expensive for what it is. It took two hours for us to have our order taken and food brought out; not their fault, it was an unexpectedly busy Tuesday night. That said, we weren't offered any comped games or bill percentage. Honestly, just being able to get comped games would've changed the whole vibe. Our server was fantastic, but the kitchen employee who brought out our food was super rude.
We hosted Secret Society Comedy in the private space at Great Oaks Tavern and were blown away by the hospitality and care of the team. From start to finish, they were one step ahead the entire time, and seemed to anticipate any needs we had to make the event a success. We've worked with over 40 venues and Great Oaks is one we look forward to working with again. We highly recommend booking your events here.

Food was delicious, as always, but the service was horrid. We showed up and were told it would be 15 minutes, even though there were 6 tables available. After 30 minutes, I checked in with the hostess and we were seated immediately, she obviously forgot about us as she was watching someone's child. We then sat there for another 20 minutes before anyone came to our table, this afternoon a trip to the bar and a conversation with the manager. Our food came out and we never saw our waitress again until she dropped the checks off. Fortunately, the food was good. The service was inexcusable, if I could give them -10 in this category I would.

The jumbo soft pretzel appetizer was delicious and I really enjoyed the chicken & waffles. We went on a Sunday which is free game day, we didn't play any but they had a huge selection of board and card games. It was a really fun atmosphere, would definitely recommend to couples and families.

The food and drinks are delicious. You have to try the charcuterie pretzel! But the game selection is amazing and only $5 for adults and free for the kids. Our family had a great time!Kid-friendliness: Its a tavern but kid-friendly during the day. Not sure about the evening.

It was our first time in. We thought our food was great, a gyro with fries and basil chicken panini with a Caesar salad. Staff was friendly and checked on us frequently. We were there on a weeknight, liked the casual "Cheers" like atmosphere. ?
