Jersey Mike's Subs

I see some bad reviews but all the staff were nice and my sub was great. I had the Big Kahuna Chicken which is like a Philly but with added mushrooms, hot peppers, and I asked for the spicy sauce (that isn't salsa).
The sizes are different from the competition. I was going to get the large but I opted for the Giant on wheat. That bumped it to $17 for a specialty sub.
I have no complaints. It was very good. I could have stopped eating at half and took half home.

UPDATE: I expressed my concern in a recent review over an issue regarding an order that was not done correctly. Management reached out in a very reasonable amount of time, and provided fair resolution to the problem.

Sandwiches are one of my favorite foods, and I maintain my position that Jersey Mikes are by far the best subs in town. The only thing better is to go to New Jersey itself. For now, Wadsworth Jersey Mikes will do just fine. The issue I had was with an on-line order and while I presume they are taking action to make sure they are done correctly, I'd recommend double checking your order for the best possible experience. If I had done that I am confident they would have fixed it on the spot.

Thank you JM for making the issue right, I will happily visit this location for a great lunch or dinner any time.

Always a treat! Typically order my favorite a #55 (Big Kahuna Chicken Steak) on rosemary parmesan bread. Never disappoints.

I was hesitant to visit this location after seeing many poor reviews, but after a positive first experience at the Wooster location, I decided to try. The restaurant was very clean and well kept. The staff was friendly and efficient. Our orders were spot on and tasted amazing!

They really need an ADULT here. Someone who can show them how to prioritize. We placed our order and waited almost 30 mins as we watched about 5 other people come in get in line and get their food for our food. It was a completely unorganized. No adult supervision and sadly bunch of kids needing direction.

**I would also like to add that I specifically stated that I needed gluten free bread due to an "allergy" which is actually an auto immune disease. I high doubt they followed the protocol because I ended up getting sick. I am well aware that they not a celiac safe establishment. So I did eat here at "my own" risk. I have never had issues before eating here. I just think they were so busy with no guidance that they cut corners.**

I got a sub at this location the other night and the young brunette male with curly hair was talking about some very inappropriate topics. it was very disturbing to hear

Do NOT eat at this location. We ordered from here through DoorDash and paid $58 for 4 subs. We only received 1 sub sandwich and it was WRONG! Who is working here that can’t read an order of 4 sandwiches and make only 1!?! On top of that- the one sandwich we did receive (for my 3 year old) was supposed to be turkey and provolone with pickles and a size mini. They made it a regular and put spicy relish on it WITHOUT pickles!! Like for real?! Who can’t read an order? This is absurd. Then what’s even worse is their phone doesn’t even ring!!! It goes straight to a voicemail box that isn’t even setup yet!!!! What kind of business are they running!!!! This location is RUINING the franchise.

Rude employees, did not care about the customers at all. Clearly disorganized, nobody could figure out who’s sandwich was who’s until customers clarified. Waited where you’re supposed to order for five minutes, employees looked at us and ignored us. Never got spoken too meanwhile multiple employees stood there doing nothing. Will not be coming back

The amount of meat when they first opened till now is beyond noticeable. I added my own extra pepperoni, and it was still sad.Way to attract people. Never again. I will stick to Subway for half the price!

the food was ok but i’ve definitely had better subs. the person helping me, i was unable to get his name, was very rude. he seemed like a midget. a short rude bald guy made my sandwich very stingy, i asked for some extra cheese and he was very aggressive and said no in a condescending voice. sir i am not a child don’t speak to me like one.
