So sad. I love coming in for the portabella hot sub but it's not on the menu anymore. That's the only vegetarian option :( Hopefully it will be back. So long till then...

Me and my kid went here yesterday. There was a kid that worked there that was so great. We talked about him the whole way home. Extremely polite extremely helpful . I have no clue his name. I think his hair was either braided or twisted. Honestly I wish I had got his name. I hope the service industry doesn’t change him! It was refreshing to have this experience.

Upon entering the store, I was caught off guard by the lady slicing the meat. She was chewing gum like a 1950's diner waitress. Chomping and snapping her pastel green gum while slicing my turkey and preparing my husband's cheese steak. This occurred on 9/18/25 at 2:15pm. This is a health code violation. Buyer beware.

We love Jersey Mikes. We always order in advance and the order has always been ready. One time I had just hit the door for my pickup and it looked really busy but a woman yelled from the counter and said ‘Timothy’ and I yelled ‘Yes’ ( I must look like a Timothy!) The portions are always great (as compared by the top two other sandwich places) and we would not consider going anywhere else. Great service!

No matter how many times I order something without mayo, they always put mayo on it. Would not recommend coming to this one in particular. They seem to hire highschool kids who can't read or write, idk if it's for a charity or something but they need to get their stuff together.

I hate doing this. But y'all just suck at your job. Period. Your manager, the girl with all the ink. Is HORRIBLE. No leadership skills whatsoever. She has a worse RBF face than me. Her lack of people skills is disappointing. We have had you mess our orders up just about everytime we come back for 1 more try. We like the food. But you can't seem to follow instructions. Ever. It's the same sandwiches. Every. Time. What sucks is nobody from corporate will call you or email back. I have complained about this several time's so know I'm just gonna leave a review. I'll still eat here and I'll post a negative review every time you blatantly mess our order up. I'm sick of it.

So someone contacted me. Gave me a run around about not receiving my 1st complaint so I screenshotted it and sent it back and have heard nothing back. Such crap customer service. Its no wonder their management is crappy. They just don't care 🤷‍♀️

Wondered why every third or so time I go here, I have an allergic reaction to fish when I’m not getting fish. That was until I literally watched someone get tuna and them stick their gloved hand down in the lettuce and squish it on the sandwich and then go item to item, cross contaminating every single thing with tuna glove and then cut the sandwich and wipe the knife off to use again. NEVER EVER EAT HERE IF YOU HAVE A FISH ALLERGY! I called the manager and he was clueless that fish allergies are a big deal too. I know I won’t ever again go here.

It’s disappointing how poor customer service has become. The smaller bearded guy clearly had a chip on his shoulder and showed no interest in treating customers with respect. From the moment I walked in, I was met with attitude. When I simply asked if there was a problem, the bearded employee told me to “take your sandwich and go.” This kind of behavior reflects poorly on Jersey’s and seriously damages its reputation

Have been quite disappointed with this Jersey Mikes as of late. Customer service can come off as a bit snarky. For example, I have twice ordered a Chipotle cheesesteak bowl with extra steak, and both times it came out tiny. The first time, I went back and they did indeed apologize and gave me more beef, insisting a mixup. Tonight they did the same thing, but insisted that this was the normal portion size for the meal (even though it was clearly more last time). The tone the manager took with me was definitely confrontational and I was not looking for a confrontation. We also noticed after we left the second time that they forgot my wife’s chips, my daughter’s cookie, and they mixed up the sandwhich sizes for my wife and mother. These have all been consistent errors the last couple times. I love Jersey Mikes, but it might be time to support a local establishment over a chain…
