The sushi is very good. I wouldn't recommend the hibachi it is always super overcooked. The other Japanese selections like the ramen bowls are decent. Service is hit and miss sometimes you get a great server, other times you get a terrible one. They need better cooks and the servers need to be trained much better. Ordered $75 worth of food. 2 steak and shrimp and sushi. We have never had a bad thing from there, but today was definitely different. We drive out to Wadsworth from the other side of Akron just for Kasai. Well today was an exception….best part of the meal was the salad after we cut the one piece of lettuce in the salad up. Shrimp and steak was so overdone the only way to get tails off is to cut it. Steak was like rubber, definitely will not be returning anytime soon 😢
