I've gotten good food from here in the past, but lately things have been off.
Last time I was here I ordered a 5-piece tender meal. I received a box with 8 biscuits in it.
Today I ordered a 5-piece tender meal and got the driest, stalest chicken I've ever had from a restaurant.
I won't be coming back any time soon.

The only thing edible was the gravy, and coleslaw. None of the sauces we ordered came. Chicken was not cooked complete. I will not be back.

I have to stay out of the last several KFCs that I've gone to in the past few years this one had the hottest chicken I've ever eaten straight out of the deep fryer The only thing that I found is I got a three-piece chicken meal and after the end of my first piece and burning my mouth there was so much grease on the bottom of the basket I had to put paper towels down to soak it up It probably should have sat a little bit longer before it was served but for the first time having hot food was impressive

Just was at the Wadsworth Ohio location. Waited an hour for our food. Wish they would have said something when we placed our order. Several customers had same was it times. The employees just start handing food out to upset customers not checking what they were handing them. They think handing you a desert cake will fix any issues you have. They offered no refund due to the manager was not in site. So, our choice was wait for our order or leave and loose our money to kfc. Next time we are going to Sheetz, they have good service and if they mess something up, they fix it. Don’t recommend kfc in Wadsworth unless you have hours to burn and enjoy poor service.

They forgot part of my order. Half of my biscuits were smushed. I didn't get my saucy nuggets. Sides were cold Coleslaw was warm ☹️ They don't answer their phone when we call. Very disappointed after spending 33.00 bucks.
As of today 9-15 the management staff took care of this. Thank you for doing that.
I just got takeout. The food was good. Don't know what else to say.

Well we went there around 2 PM and they took are order right away . We had wait for chicken to get done It's was nice and juicy but not very crispy and my Mac and cheese wasn't very hot . The dining room was dirty . Only a couple tables were clean the floor needed swept up . They weren't busy at all.
