I have to stay out of the last several KFCs that I've gone to in the past few years this one had the hottest chicken I've ever eaten straight out of the deep fryer The only thing that I found is I got a three-piece chicken meal and after the end of my first piece and burning my mouth there was so much grease on the bottom of the basket I had to put paper towels down to soak it up It probably should have sat a little bit longer before it was served but for the first time...

KFC in Warren has only let me down twice in my history of going there on business. 9 out of 10 times the food is fresh and hot. They seem to be back on top of their game. I don't usually do extra crispy, but they were out of original and the crispy is was great nonetheless. I recommend you go, but not on the days I'm going, lol! Keep up the good work!
