After shopping at Walmart, I stopped by the Wadsworth McDonald's. The drive thru line was too long, so I parked and went inside. I ordered two double cheeseburgers. I waited almost 30 minutes...the when I finally got my food, it was cold. I will never go to this McDonald's ever again. Horrible service.... horrible wait time...and cold food.

Quick. Staff is always accommodating when an issue does arrive. Food is normally hot. Staff is awesome, and friendly. Especially through the drive thru!
Went there Thursday night, 3/20/25, to pick up a door dash order. Went into store and waited at counter, there were about 5 employees that i could see, one looked like maybe a manager. Completely ignored me. I was standing there for a good 10 mins. Mind you, they didn't know i was door dash. I finally got the attention of the 'manager ' and waved at her for attention, she just gave me this look like she was being bothered or something. She finally came over and i said, 'do you take customers orders inside?' She said yeah. Im like, really? Crappy service. She needs to be trained better. They all do. None of them acknowledged me whatsoever. Too busy goofing off.

No one will ever take your order you have to use the machines. There are no longer pop machines out to get refills and when you need one everyone is hiding behind the wall so you can't get anyone's attention to get the refill. The ketchup bin is always empty and again you can't get anyone to help.
