Went there Thursday night, 3/20/25, to pick up a door dash order. Went into store and waited at counter, there were about 5 employees that i could see, one looked like maybe a manager. Completely ignored me. I was standing there for a good 10 mins. Mind you, they didn't know i was door dash. I finally got the attention of the 'manager ' and waved at her for attention, she just gave me this look like she was being bothered or something. She finally came over and i said, 'do you take customers orders inside?' She said yeah. Im like, really? Crappy service. She needs to be trained better. They all do. None of them acknowledged me whatsoever. Too busy goofing off.

No one will ever take your order you have to use the machines. There are no longer pop machines out to get refills and when you need one everyone is hiding behind the wall so you can't get anyone's attention to get the refill. The ketchup bin is always empty and again you can't get anyone to help.

Service was quite quick I would say, but in a very poor way. One of the workers is not very productive at their job, ( Acting like he was going to drop our food out the window). And he had a very sarcastic tone with me, I do not appreciate the disrespect from him.
I ordered an EGG and sausage mcmuffin and they gave me a sausage mcmuffin. the completely forgot my egg. other than that it was fine. tasted like sausage on a muffin.
