Let me just start by saying the man you have at the second drive thru window is amazing!! Fist bumps all around! I also want to say I know I’ve bashed this company with a previous review. I’ve only came back maybe once or twice since then and the second time was earlier today. The line moved quickly, the people at the window were awesome. The only complaint I truly have is that the fries are salty. Besides that everything did a complete 180 from what it was before. bravo...
While we waited for our order 2 separate customers came from the drive thru. One had a wrong order the other had been told to pull to the side and then forgotten about. Our order for dine in was ready to give us but an employee took one of our sandwiches off our tray to give to a drive thru customer. Every trash can inside was overflowing, and there was a funky smell throughout. There seemed to be several employees in the back. It should have been better.
