Food was good! The workers were very friendly and everything looked clean. Kinda expensive for a soup and sandwich place though.

Great place!! I accidentally grabbed the wrong order and called and the lady was so polite and thankful I called. Next time, I know to look twice at the order before grabbing it! Treat customers with kindness always, always wish for a great day when leaving!! Thank you and sorry again about the mistake I made!!!

The worst experience I've ever had at a Panera. I'm still in the dining room waiting for the order, and it's been over 30 minutes. Lots of other people waiting that were here before us. An order comes out about every 8 minutes. The woman who seems in charge is loudly complaining behind the counter that orders keep coming in and they can't keep up, and the lack of remorse isn't helping customer morale out here. We would cancel, but every time someone does, she has to stop what she's doing to deal with that which slows it down for everybody else. Though we still have hours left to drive tonight. Wish the cashier had told us they were backed up.
Update... Order placed at 6:17, got food at 7:07. In the meantime, a little kid asked the angry manager lady for a spoon for his soup, and she said no, that she was busy. Merry Christmas indeed.

I went into order a lemonade. Before I could place my order, a staff member said they would be with me in a moment. Come to find out she was placing an order for her meal. I understand taking breaks as I worked in a coffee shop but I was never allowed to ring up my own food or drink until the customers were taken care of. Also there was no one else behind me so it would not have taken that long. Just found that to be very rude.
Almost $8 for a comically small sandwich that was gone in 4 small bites.
Ordered pick-up, had a cranberry chicken sandwich in my you-pick-two, but it was missing lettuce and tomato and looked nothing like the picture. Plus it took almost 30 minutes longer than communicated.

My order was wrong and I requested it to be fixed no big deal. However Aaliyah at the drive through window was rude and unprofessional slamming the window and not saying a single word to me. Not how I want to be treated at a place I visit frequently. Maybe some customer service training is needed.

Had a problem with the order managers were rude I'm finding that most of these places are snooty and not very good at customer service.
The Panera in Wadsworth on High Street always get my orders right, hands them to me at the drive-thru window with a smile and prepare my meals perfectly.

I dont usually go to panera for lunch. Usually just get the bagels but I tried the Italian steak sandwich and it was very good. I also like the broccoli and cheese soup and the French onion soup

You might need to do a bit more training for your cashiers. We ordered a couple of pastries and had a lengthy wait. The cashier told us that we had to get everything from the cooking area. While we were waiting, we overheard another couple complaining to the cashier about the lengthy wait for their cookies. In the end, one of the sandwich assembly guys kindly came down and helped both us and them, but he said that in reality, it was the cashier's duty to get pastries.
Since that's the way we've seen it done in the past, we felt that this cashier was just misinformed. Also, she seemed miffed by the other couple's request to be given their cookies. Please make sure that she gets the training that she needs.
