My order was wrong and I requested it to be fixed no big deal. However Aaliyah at the drive through window was rude and unprofessional slamming the window and not saying a single word to me. Not how I want to be treated at a place I visit frequently. Maybe some customer service training is needed.

The Panera in Wadsworth on High Street always get my orders right, hands them to me at the drive-thru window with a smile and prepare my meals perfectly.

You might need to do a bit more training for your cashiers. We ordered a couple of pastries and had a lengthy wait. The cashier told us that we had to get everything from the cooking area. While we were waiting, we overheard another couple complaining to the cashier about the lengthy wait for their cookies. In the end, one of the sandwich assembly guys kindly came down and helped both us and them, but he said that in reality, it was the cashier's duty to get pastries.
Since that's the way we've seen it done in the past, we felt that this cashier was just misinformed. Also, she seemed miffed by the other couple's request to be given their cookies. Please make sure that she gets the training that she needs.

The chicken salad sandwich had more lettuce then chicken salad. It was made like tuna salad. And a bit bland. And what's with the tomatoes? They don't belong.

It's usually always good. Why do you put sugar packets in my sweet tea? Then hand it to me and it's floating in the bottom not even dissolved? That's not sweet tea. That's bs in a cup. Sweet tea has to be warmed and dissolved with sugar in warmth, then iced so it's fully done right. I was disappointed seeing her add packets of sugar to my drink. It tasted like unsweetened. I wont order sweet tea from you guys ever again.

Food is always good at Panera, with the self check-out, i didn't have any service interaction to grade. I'm sure the people are nice though! Always feel a little ripped-off with the cost, for what you get, but I'm aware of the price so I only go once in a blue moon! Bathroom floors were sticky, but everything was clean and nice, the location easy to get in and out of with lots of seating options.👌🏻
