I ordered a medium meaty pizza for 20.00 and that was the smallest medium pizza I have ever seen I was very disappointed 😞 it looked like a personal pizza and it didn't even look like it had meat on it what a shame Papa John was my favorite now I don't know if it is now

I stopped getting Papa Johns because 9 out of 10 times, the order from this particular store is wrong. Today I stupidly thought to try it again, I got a pizza with no toppings when I definitely paid for toppings. And because they use Door Dash now, I can't just call them to send me what I ordered. I'm done with this place. Never again.

If the young lady manager wasn't smoking and selling weed with her boyfriends truck sitting on the side of the building all day maybe they would actually do their job! Instead I saw her negativly bossing staff around while she sat in her boyfriends truck and smoked which everyone can smell. I will never eat here again!

I had an problem with Door Dash as the food was cold because of Door Dash. I called and talked to the General Manager and she kept saying how sorry she was. Then she offered to give me a all meat hot fresh Papa John's pizza free of charge if I came and picked it up. I hoped to use soon. As a business owner myself, this 24 year old manager customers service was the best I have seen for a long time.
Ordered boneless wings and literally they looked lie the went to the freezer section and bought chicken nuggets heated them up in a microwave poured bbq sauce on them and called them wing. The pizza crust was chewy and flat cheese stick were soggy I’m so disappointed I’ll definitely not be ordering pizza from papa John’s in Wadsworth again

Absolute garbage. Seriously. They forgot two toppings and the scarce amount that there were tasted bad. The sauce smelled and tasted rancid. The crust was flat and also had a weird flavor. If this was original crust I’d hate to see thin. It may be translucent. I had a bad pizza from Papa Johns at a different location and decided to give this one a chance. Never again. We threw it away. The boneless chicken was also terrible. Odd texture and taste. I should have taken it all back but didn’t want to waste any more money.

Subpar. It's been awhile since I've ate out since I started taking better care of myself and this was my once in awhile treat. I ordered a medium pizza instead of a large so I ended paying a little bit more for a smaller pizza and thats okay, but when I got my pizza it has very little bacon and very little pineapple, the 2 things I really wanted they skimped on. Very dissapointing that this location has become as bad as their barberton location.
