Food is good when it’s available. Friday night. Offer was terrible.
Don’t have a buffet if you cannot keep pizza on the buffet at 6pm
And yet I’m still charged full price and the buffet is empty and 12 tables here most of which will charge the buffet as soon as the next pizza comes out

We have been customers here for years and this location has gone down hill rapidly in the past year. Every time I go in the staff is incredibly rude and for no reason. I placed the order online and paid online what is there to be rude about?

Sad I ordered mozzarella sticks but received bread sticks. Maybe I need to check my order when picking up my order

I absolutely wish I could rate them a zero.. I ordered 41 dollars in food off the mobile app. They didn't have the salad that was order. So they sent two side salads with 8 random dressings. The pizza was completely wrong it was supposed to be stuffed crust and it was hand toss. So my girlfriend took it back in to rectify the order the manger was rude and not understanding why she was pissed by the end of the conversation the manger refused to fixes the order and I've yet to be refused. Please do not use pizza hut. Go somewhere else or you will regret your decision.

This is the second time I've gotten pizza from here and it's cold. It's almost like they have pizzas sitting around for long periods of time.
Stopped in for lunch buffet. Was a lil early, left and Jessica kinda came out to the parking lot to talk to us and we came back in. She was very friendly and attentive. One of few that take pride in her job these days. Thank you Jessica and team.

I accidentally left my purse there after dining there this week and when I returned the next day to get it, someone had stolen all of my cash! Don’t trust this place or the employees who work there! When I confronted a manager about it, no one seemed to care or help me. Not a soul was in the dining room when we were there, so it was clearly an employee who took my money and violated my privacy! Will NEVER dine there again!

This pizza hut messed up our order on 2 different occasions, we asked for light sauce and was given regular sauce both times, either they can't read or they don't understand what light sauce means, frustrated and not happy.

When i was there the server was super nice and attentive. It was pretty empty. Music so loud couldn't talk to one another. Table was clean that's why she sat us there because she knew that one had gotten cleaned. Pizza was delicious. Salad bar was not so great. Bathroom was so filthy. No daily cleaning routines as far as wiping down seats and single chairs. Handle on bathroom door was disgusting.oh and the plates on the salad bar was dirty and set it on the ledge of the salad bar, the waitress went over to straighten the tongs and walked away. The plate was still there when we left
