Excellent service and smoothies

Watch one of the staff members with extremely short back short put her had by her rear end to scratch, them proceeded to make my smoothie without washing her hands. 🤢🤮Makes me question cleanliness. Immediately tossed the smoothie in the trash on the way out. Waste of money.

We had lunch here. We got the chicken wrap, acai bowl, spicy turkey wrap and an Island Cruiser smoothie. Service was quick and professional. Food was really good. We'll definitely be going back!!

I love their chicken wraps and the employees were friendly and quick.

Always a pleasant experience

The employees today have poor attitudes. I go there 3 times a week, and spend 21 each day, including the 15% tip. Well they only filled the ginger cups half way, and got snotty when I asked, why they were only half full. At almost 5$ each, a full cup is expected. She said they are out of lemons. So they dumped one into the other, and made one cup. I asked why she is mad. The attitude was obvious. I've raised kids before. So I know when they cop an attitude. Lol. The employees are young. She said by me asking the question, that I'm rude. I wasn't mean or mad. I literally asked how that makes me rude, and why she was mad. I tried to talk it out. This is so confusing to me. I even asked why they thought it was rude? I said is it my voice? I don't get it. Well lesson learned. This will be the last visit, and the last time I ever tip at a fast food place.

Have been here 2x in the last month. Both times, stood at the counter waiting for my order to be taken for at least 5 minutes. Girls behind the counter playing on their phones, wouldn’t even look up or acknowledge me, not interested in helping customers. First time this happened, after standing here for 5-7 minutes, i left w/o ordering. Second time, Stood for 5 minutes and then another customer came in and they finally looked up from their phones behind the counter to help us. Will not be returning, very bad service.

I have been going to this place for the longest time. It’s always a 50/50 on whether or not it’s going to be good. I get my cup 3/4 of the way full. They never have any cookies out. I’m only writing this because I’ve been to many other pulps and have never had this problem. Many of the workers rush so they can hang out in the corner on their phones. Hopefully it will change

Smoothies are already consistent good and refreshing. We had just gotten through flying, and where parched.

Wheelchair accessibility: All of them have good wheelchair accessibility, from the ordering counter, to the condiments and supplies, and to the restrooms.

Ordered an elite 8. It's very watery and no flavor. She put it in too long Guessing it's mostly ice and not what all goes on it. The girl that took my order and made it was quick because she was hanging out with friends at the counter. I don't think I'll come back to this one because I don't want this girl to make it.

Always excellent! If you get the wheat grass shots, make sure to taste test first! I had mine in a Cram Session. Wow! The taste isn't great but not bad! I definitely noticed a detox remedy from the mix. Protein Packer, almond milk and stress relief is my favorite.

haven't been to pulp in years! stopped in today and Bri was amazing and a great help! Most definitely returning!
