The atmosphere was amazing. The two women who were working around 7pm Monday Sept. 16th, had the greatest customer service and gave us an amazing experience. It was the literally the best caramel ribbon crunch I have ever had.

Bernadette sucks. She was rude to me as I ordered and I didn’t even get my drink right after she made it and took 20 minutes to get 3 coffees.

Last 3 times they do not make my drink correct. Its litterally an iced vanilla coffee how hard is that?? Apparently here very. Training needs done ASAP. Their customers service skills could use some training too. Im done w this Starbucks location.

Long lines, not may people working and everything seemed desolate, maybe they are remodeling. Drinks are good but service is going down hill.
